The innovation fully compensates for the disadvantages of pure glass while combining its own advantages with the positive properties of thermoplastic laminates. Break and scratch-resistance RAUVISIO crystal is not susceptible to breaks and is therefore suitable for large-scale industrial production. RAUVISIO CRYSTAL SLIM The extra-thin glass panel REHAU developed the extra-thin RAUVISIO crystal slim product for people who like the glass finish of RAUVISIO crystal for splash backs, wall cladding, front panel filling or similar areas of application. 4 mm-thin glass panel is especially suitable for renovating tiled sections RAUVISIO crystal slim is a 4 mm-thin panel of glass laminate directly pressed with colour-coordinated balancing sheet. It features the same processing properties as RAUVISIO crystal. It is especially suitable for renovating tiled sections, even in wet areas. Thanks to its simple processing with woodworking tools, individual on-site cutting is not a problem. 14

Exact recesses for electrical elements such as sockets can be measured and cut out virtually just before installation. Low weight RAUVISIO crystal slim is distinguished by its low weight, which affords it a whole new range of design options. And the cost savings in transport, packaging and mounting hardly need to be pointed out. Elegant laminate construction The elegant construction of RAUVISIO crystal slim enables a broad spectrum of sophisticated applications such as kitchen splash backs, wall claddings, separating walls or front panel fillings. 15
RAUVISIO CRYSTAL Individual components Glass laminate high-gloss or matt This 2.0 mm-thin glass laminate consists of a coloured styrene copolymer, a transparent PMMA layer and a scratch-resistant UV lacquered coat. High-gloss and matt finishes are available. Balancing sheet embossed The balancing sheet developed in-house is perfectly colour-coordinated with the glass laminate. The balancing sheet s material strength of 2.0 mm ensures sufficient freedom from distortion for the pressed board. Available in zero-joint quality Edgeband collection high-gloss or matt REHAU offers two edgeband designs that are suited perfectly to RAUVISIO crystal. In Duo- Design style, RAUKANTEX visions uses ist transparent leg to create the appearance of a sophisticated glass pane. RAUVISIO CRYSTAL & RAUVISIO CRYSTAL SLIM COLOURS FOR ETERNITY The new RAUVISIO crystal colour range Christian Grund Creative minds lie behind every new colour collection. The well known colour researcher, designer and colour artist Professor Axel Venn from Berlin was involved from the start in the expansion of the RAUVISIO crystal colour collection. REHAU s objective for the new colour range was quickly apparent: the colour shades were to be timeless and have an eternally effective impact. The colours were to be suitable for a wide variety of settings, from private spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens and interior design to objects in hotels and offices. Of course, they had to work equally well across borders. Professor Venn created a total of five colour series that were then presented to a large audience via online and face-to-face surveys. People were asked to sort all the colour tones by attractiveness and rate them individually. Over 2,400 participants were involved worldwide. The majority expressed a preference for the series based on the colours Corniola, Menta, Azzurro, Fumo and Sabbia. The five new colour tones for the glass laminate RAUVISIO crystal are distinguished by their timeless character, which is appropriate for private and commercial spheres. All colours can be combined with one another or with other tones and materials. They are available in matt and gloss. Thanks to its vibrant depth effect, it can replace high-quality lacquered elements. These perfect and all-round brilliant components are possible thanks to their jointless connection between boards and edgebands. At least 20 years UV stability for interior applications UV resistance RAUVISIO brilliant exhibits excellent lightfastness and UV resistance. There is no colour fading, regardless of light or sunshine exposure when used for interior applications. 20

RAUVISIO brilliant also has increased scratch resistance. Balancing sheet embossed The balancing sheet developed in-house is perfectly colour-coordinated to this high-gloss laminate. The material strength of the 0.8 mm balancing sheet ensures sufficient freedom from distortion for the pressed board. Available in zero-joint quality Edgeband collection Whether you want a high-gloss uni edgeband, split laquer design or 3D appearance, REHAU offers six different edgeband design lines for RAUVISIO brilliant that meet all expectations.
