Corporate Identity 1.1 The Change of Game Market Paradigm Beyond online age and toward smartphone age, we expand to global network organizing an optimal business portfolio and a change of game market paradigm. We build successful mobile App service through various mobile game launching, mobile payment fraud Detection System, the advertisement reward using Game Hub platform and a game publisher by global influence marketing. 1.2 Building the optimized portfolio for game service It is important to make a game well, but it is more important to manage service efficiently. We offer our best game service to China and Southeast Asia not only Korea. We coexist with small and medium-sized game enterprises by offering stable service and launching successful games through GameHub, and we also build the optimal portfolio where mobile game services can be offered. 1

2. Company Overview 2.1 Company Profile & Organization Chart GameHub was established on Mar 27, 2017. And it is located on Seonleung-ro 129-gil 9-7, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. The number of executives and staff members are 20 including CEO(Hogwang Kim) and CMO(Yu Min). It is consist of 5 headquarters and has 7 teams. 2

2.4 History of Growth In 2017, as a starting point for a new leap and the first year of pioneering a new game platform market, our company was established with the people who have more than 10 years careers in game portal building, and we attracted W800 million as venture investment at the initial time of its establishment. We started to develop game platforms to enter Southeast Asia market as well as China. And we took over 7kinds of games getting 4 kinds of game publishing contracts. In addition, we lined up casual game, social casino game, and RPG game. By developing FDS(Fraud Detection System), we launched mobile FDS developing, and not only we are planning to begin the service of GameHub Platform targeting China and Southeast Asia, but also we are planning to release ICO and start ICO.. 2.5 Business Field Mobile Game : Intensively targeting Asia markets which is in charge of 60% of the world mobile game markets, we offer our service to China,the biggest market in the world, and Southeast markets which are continuously growing. MCN WangHong Marketing : With MCN Influencer Marketing which would be the most effective and targetable marketing in China and Southeast markets, we settle down in these successful markets with this optimized marketing to mobile game. With the above 2 fields, we completed the structure to take advantage of game, security, promotion, advertising earnings in GameHub platform. 4

Business Overview 3.1 Market Condition (Wanghong marketing, Fraud Detection Service) WangHong can be described as online influencers, popular youtubers, BJ, power blogers in Korea, the Chinese usually call online influencer who has more than million followers WangHong. To the point of emerging a term WangHong economy, it grew as a new marketing platform. So, GameHub got successful contracts with more than 400 WangHongs. Global mobile payment market has grown 20~25% every year, and now the market scale is about $ 93.00 million in 2017. Mobile abnormal transactions(frauds) have happened 1~2% every year for the market scale, but the preparation for mobile exclusive FDS(Fraud Detection Service) is in poor condition. So, GameHub is planning to offer the mobile exclusive service of detecting payment fraud by using bigdata analysis program and deep learning technique. 3.2 Business Model(Game Platform Business Model) As a game platform model that provides competitive mobile game service in Southeast Asia including China. After acquiring and publishing the game, we will launch the Mobile Game Portal Lock Screen AD FDS system and will be in service in China and Southeast Asia. Also, we strengthen the competitiveness by offering the optimized marketing for the game service through WangHong. 3.3 Business Model for Service Mobile Game: We take over excellent games from Korea, China, etc, and publish them. So, we build game lineup ranging from casual game to social casino game. WangHong Marketing: Using 453 WangHong contracted with GameHub, It exposes more than 4.5 million views a day, It is possible to develop effectively with targeted marketing for games. 5

3.4 Target Core Market and Global Network We plan to expand the mobile game portal and advertising rewards business centered on China and Southeast Asian Markets. Main market are China, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia markets as key strategies and have established overseas subsidiaries in Hong Kong. We are planning to establish overseas subsidiaries in China, Thailand and Indonesia 3.5 Core Technology Game Hub's core technologies are mobile game production specialists. We have built a global marketing network consisting of artificial intelligence AI technology, strong server security technology composed of global security experts, and a block chain, virtual money technology and big data literacy. 6

Growth Momentum 4.1 Plan to expand business portfolio Future plans for expanding the GameHub portfolio include mobile game portal building capabilities, security technologies, Blockchains and global networks. 4.2 PlayCoin ICO (Initial Coin Offering) Playcoin issues through the Game Hub Platform, it is a crypto-currency based on Blockchain and it was developed for mobile games, Influencer marketer and Creators. Playcoin can be gained through game play, advertising and publicity about Game Hub partnership contents. 4.3 Mid to long term business strategy Launching the GameHub application first and We will expand into the mobile game portal market in 2017, We will expand the mobile game lineup by attracting funds and attracting investment in 2018, We will M&A the ad rewards market with the Southeast Asia game market in 2019 and we will expand the advertising rewards market in Southeast Asia including China in 2020. 4.4 Forecast of Sales and VISION We will sweep over the China and Southeast Asia mobile game portals and advertising rewards market. About sales will be 50billion Korea won in 2018. The Splunk business expects sales of 8billion Korea won in 2018. Game Hub will be expanded to include China, Southeast Asia and other worldwide markets. We will develop new platform such as games, marketing, advertising rewards, security, and blockchains.
