Failure to do so may cause personal injury or product damage. The use of protective gloves is recommended. Use adequate manpower when assembling, moving, and hanging this product. DO NOT stand on this product or step on the shelf. DO NOT alter this product or mount on truck bed or any moving object. When hanging the wall cabinet with supplied wall bracket, be sure the bracket is level and secured to wood stud wall with supplied fasteners. If attaching to masonry, use appropriate masonry fasteners. Failure to do so may cause may cause the wall cabinet to fall. The maximum weight per shelf is 50 pounds. Assembly Parts ASSEMBLY You will need 10mm Socket Wrench, Philips Screwdriver, Level and Drill for assembly. To make assembly easier we recommend having two persons aid one another in assembly Step 1: Hanger Assembly Align Hanger (#2) mounting holes to the Back Panel (#8) and fasten with Screw (#14) and Flanged Lock Nut (#15). Be sure the panel tab flanges are on opposite side facing up. (See Figure 1) Step 2: Side Panel Assembly Attach Side Panels (#5&12) to Bottom Panel (#10) with Screws (#14) and Flanged Lock Nuts (#15). Do not fully tighten. (See Figure 2) Note: Side panels and back panel tabs (flanges) must be positioned on inside of cabinet facing up. 2 of 7
Figure 1 Figure 2 Step 3: Back Panel Assembly Insert Back Panel (#8) inside the two side panels and bottom. Align and insert screws (#14) into holes and secure with nuts (#15). 3 of 7
Afterward, attach the middle panel by using the screws (#14) and nuts (#15). Do not fully tighten. Step 4: Top Panel Assembly Assemble Top Panel (#1) to sides and back. Align holes on the sides and back and secure with screws (#14) and nuts (#15). Do not fully tighten. Square up cabinet on a level surface and fully tighten all nuts/bolts. 4 of 7
Step 5: Door Assembly Align the holes on the hinge of the Left Door (#4 with lock assembly) to the holes on the Side Panel and secure with Screws (#16). Repeat process for the middle door (#13) and right door (#11 with lock assembly). Fully tighten both doors to Side Panel. Step 6: Installing Shelf With the door open insert shelf Panel (#6&9) into cabinet. Determine the desired height of your shelf and secure by inserting shelf edges into the tab flanges on the right (or left), middle and back panel. If flanges appear tight, lightly pry to loosen. The wall cabinet assembly is complete. Warning: It is recommended that the cabinet be assembled and moved by two person. Failure to do so may cause personal injury or product damage. Hanging Cabinet on Wood Frame Wall; (Masonry Wall requires other fasteners, not supplied) Step 1: Bumper assembly Peel off the paper back from the Bumpers (#19), and attach Bumpers in appropriate position toward bottom of Wall Cabinet back. 5 of 7
NOTE: Wall cabinet may need to be hung in the desired location to determine the appropriate position for bumpers. Step 2: Mounting Preparation First locate and determine the spacing of your wall studs. Using the Wall Bracket (#3) as a template, align the Wall Bracket mounting holes to the stud location where the tapping screws (#18) will be inserted at the desired height. Use the detail below as guides to determine which set of holes best fit the wall. 16 [40.6cm] Studs Use the 2 inner mounting holes. 24 [61.0cm] Studs Use the 2 outer mounting holes. Before drilling any holes double check locations of your holes center marks. Use a level to check your marked heights. Drill pilot holes at the center marks. Step 3 Installing Wall bracket Attach wall bracket (#3) to the wall studs, using two sets of Screws (#18) and Flat Washers (#17). Step 4: Hang Wall Cabinet Hang Wall Cabinet on Wall Bracket. Then open the doors and locate holes at bottom of panel back which align to wall studs. Mark hole centers and remove Wall Cabinet. Drill pilot holes. Rehang Wall Cabinet and align bottom panel holes to previously marked hole centers. Attach the lower cabinet back to wall using two sets of Flat Washers (#17) and Screws (#18). 6 of 7
MAINTENANCE Lubricate lock with graphite,(yearly). Periodically the surfaces should be cleaned with a mild detergent and water. Auto wax will preserve the unit s luster finish. Apply the wax as to a car. The wax will also help protect the unit against scratches. Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable cleaning fluid.
