STUDIO LOCATIONS Photo by Michelle Guillermin

Welcome to Muddy Creek Artists Guild s first- ever artist studio tour. This is a brand new way to learn more about our artists and how they work in their studios. 23 artists, located in 18 studios in beautiful southern Anne Arundel County, are ready to welcome you to our rolling farmland hills and sparkling Chesapeake shoreline. How to plan your tour On the back cover of this booklet you ll see a location map for our studios, and in the following pages you ll find sample work and information about each artist on the tour. There won t be time for you to visit all of our studios, so plan your visit carefully. There is no single suggested route for people to follow for this tour. Unless otherwise noted, artwork on display in the studios is for sale. You may wish to begin in Galesville, where the River Gallery (1000 Main Street) is acting as a travel hub for the tour. They have hung our artists representative work on their gallery walls for you to see. This should help you map your route based on your own taste and preferences. Gallery staff are also happy to answer your questions and make suggestions. Once you ve chosen your studios and the order in which you want to visit them, use your telephone GPS to give you directions along the way. Street and email addresses as well as telephone numbers are listed for each artist, should you like to ask any specific questions.
