3 Ask Qualifying Questions QUALIFYING QUESTIONS How much weight do you want to lose? How quick do you want to lose it? By when? Any special occasion or event coming up that you are trying to lose weight prior to attending? Date [Prospect Name], on a scale of 1 10, how serious are you about losing that weight? Note: Do NOT send a sample pack to anyone that answers this question with less than an 8. 4 Follow the Pre-Sample Script PRE-SAMPLE SCRIPT Well [Prospect Name], I am serious about helping you as well, so serious that I am willing to spend money and send you a sample for FREE. Since we are both serious, to show commitment on both of our parts, I like to do what we call a Ketopia Promissory Note or a verbal Letter of Intent before sending out samples. Here s how it works: For my part, my promise to you is to send you the sample absolutely FREE. Now your part of the promissory note is, if after trying the sample, I demonstrate to you that the product works and can help you lose weight, you promise to buy a 10-Day Ketopia Reset System. Fair enough? Agreed. Now [Prospect Name], I am very serious about helping you lose weight, and the last thing I want to do is waste your time, and I certainly don t want to waste mine either. So the finally question I have for you prior to sending out the sample is this, once I demonstrate to you the product works and can help you lose weight, you do have a credit card with enough funds on it to buy the product, don t you?. That s great, because the last thing I want to do [Prospect Name], is get you excited and all fired up about losing your weight and then you tell me that you won t be able to buy the product until the next week or two when you get paid. If that s the case, I don t need to send you a sample now, we need to wait to you have money in hand and are prepared to move forward. Note: If they answer NO and don t have the money available on a credit card, do NOT send out a sample. Well [Prospect Name], I m excited to send you the sample and I m excited for you to lose those unwanted pounds. Let me get the address you want me to send the sample to. Note: Write this down and make sure you repeat the entire address, have the correct spelling, etc. OK, now that I have your info I m going to pop the sample in the mail, it will be in a [colored] envelope and you can expect it in [3 or 4 days, on Thursday etc.] ok? Now [Prospect Name], just one more thing before I put this in the mail, promise me one thing, and that is, that you won t open the envelope until you call me (message me, etc.). I want to be on the phone when you open it, and walk you through everything. You promise?. Note: Tell them to look for a yellow bubble envelope so they don t let it get lost in their mail.

5 Follow-Up & Close the Sale Using Script FOLLOW-UP INSTRUCTIONS & SCRIPT FOR CLOSING THE SALE OK [Prospect Name], now that you have the envelope in your hand, go ahead and open it up. You should have a white package with a K on it, a baggie with two strips in it, and an instruction sheet. Do you have all three of these?. Great, now here s what I want you to do. Take out ONE of the ketone sticks. By the way, can you take pictures with your phone? Great. Now take the ketone stick and the instructions, and your phone (put me on mute please) and go into the bathroom and pee on the little square pad on the end of the stick. Note: You can hang up and have them do this quickly and call you right back, if you prefer. Once you pee on the stick compare the color of the square pad to the color chart on the instruction sheet, take a quick picture of it. What color is it? Note: This is a VERY important step; you must prove to them that they are not in ketosis before they drink the KetonX. Otherwise they can buy it back buy and have an out, by simply saying they eat healthy, work out, etc. and were probably already in ketosis. As expected [Prospect Name], you re not in ketosis or fat burning mode. Now let s do this, grab a 16 to 20-ounce glass of water. Now shake the package with the K on it and pour the entire contents into the water and stir it up. Take a sip of it. It tastes great doesn t it? Note: It is VERY important to ask that question and have them answer right then, so they can t come back with the I don t like the taste objection. Yeah I love it too; it s really delicious. OK, now what you need to do is just sip on that for the next 20 minutes. DON T chug it. (Look at the time, and determine what time it will be an hour and 20 minutes from this moment). After you sip on this for 20 minutes we re going to give it an hour to fully get into your system. That will put us at (the time an hour and 20 minutes from now) so call me at exactly and we ll check your results. Note: If they don t call you, CALL THEM at the pre-set time. OK, [Prospect Name], it s time to use that other ketone stick and see how you re doing. Just do the same thing as before, take the stick, the instruction sheet with the color chart, and your phone into the bathroom, and pee on the little square pad. Once you pee on the stick compare the color of the square pad to the color chart on the instruction and take a quick picture of it. What color is it?. Congratulations [Prospect Name], you re in ketosis, fat-burning mode; your weight loss has begun. That s awesome, I m fired up about you losing that pounds (amount of weight they said they wanted to lose) you want get rid of. This is pretty exciting isn t it? Well [Prospect Name], we just need to determine how much product you need and get your order on the way to you ASAP. The rule of thumb is you need one Ketopia 7-Day Bridge kit for every 10 pounds you want to lose. Since you want to lose (amount of weight they said they wanted to lose), I suggest getting kits (one kit for every 10 pounds). Does this work for you? IF THEIR ANSWER IS YES: Get their credit card number, expiration date and CCV (3-digit code on the back). You already have the rest of their info written down from sending the sample. Go to your Ketopia site ASAP, click SHOP in the upper-right corner) and place their order as a customer. IF THEIR ANSWER IS NO: They can t afford that much right now, then back down to the 2-Pack. If that is still over their budget, get their order for the single 7-Day Bridge that they committed to. [Prospect Name], let me ask you something, you may be able to help me out. Who do you know that needs to lose some weight and would like to try a free sample like you did? Note: Once you ask the question Who do you know? STOP TALKING. Don t say a word. The person who speaks next LOSES. Try to have a pen and paper in front of you to write down the names and phone numbers of the people they give you. Try to get at least three names from them. 7 Make Money!
