Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and seperate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage. ssemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible. ssemble on a soft level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor. Care and maintenance To protect the furniture, position the furniture out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat sources such as radiators and fires. Do not place the furniture in excessively dry and humid conditions. ssembly Instructions Step 7 ttaching runners a: lign the drawer runner with the finished edge of panel 9162, the 2nd hole from the front will then line up with a pre-drilled hole, secure the runner to the panel using screws. (x4) (x8) a: Note: lease note gap from the front grooved edge. Note: Ensure these holes are positioned as shown. 9162 Front finished edge b: Slide the drawer runner forward to secure screws. The 2nd to last hole in the runner will line up with the pre-drilled holes in the panel. b: 2ND 9162 7

ssembly Instructions Step 8 ttaching runners a: lign the drawer runner with the finished edge of panel 9163, the 2nd hole from the front will then line up with a pre-drilled hole, secure the runner to the panel using screws. (x4) Front finished edge (x8) a: Note: lease note gap from the front grooved edge. Note: Ensure these holes are positioned as shown. 9163 b: Slide the drawer runner forward to secure 2 screws. The hole in the runner will line up with the pre-drilled holes in the panel. 9163 2ND b: 8

Now locate screw L through holes in bottom panel 7398 and screw into holes in divisions 9162. and 9163. Locate dowels in left hand end panel 9160 into cams in bottom 7398 and plinth 9164. ssembly Instructions Step 17 Lay unit down to square unit up Warning: 2 people to lift. Lift with care. YY DIG 1 XX Measure to external corners 7397 XX 9160 Important: Ensure a tape measure is used to square up unit! efore securing the back it is necessary to square up the unit. You can do this by measuring between XX - XX and YY - YY ensuring these are the same (DIG 1). If they are not (DIG 2) pply slight pressure as indicated (DIG 3) until they are the same. Use the panel pin guide F when locating the panel pins E. This will hold the panel pins vertical and ensure the correct distance from the edge. You cannot use panel pin guide when securing backpanel to divisions. ssembly Instructions Step 19 ttach trim Turn unit over. Trims (x2) Warning: 2 people to lift. Lift with care. 9160 Locate the notch on trim into groove on left 9160 and right 9161 ends. Ensure the trims are positioned correctly. 9161 To insert trims use a hammer, place a cardboard packing piece between the hammer and trims to protect the trims. Your trims may have a protective film on. lease remove this after assembly. 16

ssembly Instructions Step 20 - continued Locate drawers helpful hints a: ull sliding part of drawer runners out so they are fully extended. a: b: b: Locate drawer onto runners. c: Locate screwdriver into second threaded hole in drawer runner. c: d: d: Keeping screwdriver in place push the drawer closed.the screwdriver will push against the divisions and extend the drawer runner. 2nd hole e: ull drawer out slowly and line the hole in the drawer side with the 2nd threaded hole in the runner. Now insert screw l through the drawer side and into threaded hole in runner. e: f: I 2nd hole f: Now insert screw l through the drawer side and into threaded hole in runner. 18

ssembly Instructions Step 23 anging doors a: With help, slot door hinges onto hinge plates. Ensure screw on hinge slides into the slot on hingeplate. See Diagrams 1,2 and 3. 7293 a: b: Tighten screw shown to lock hinges in position. b: Repeat a and b for opposite door. See inge adjustment in step 24 if the doors need adjusting. Diagram 1 Underside view Ensure the underside of screw slides into slot on hingeplate. Diagram 2 inge correctly attached to hingeplate. Diagram 3 inge incorrectly attached to hingeplate. 20

Re-tighten screws. b: To move doors in or out: loosen screw shown and move doors to suit. Re-tighten screws. b: c: To move doors left or right: loosen or tighten screw as shown. c: e careful not to fully unscrew. 21

ssembly Instructions Step 25 Fixing to wall We recommend that this unit is fixed to a suitable wall to prevent possible overbalancing. We have included a fixing bracket for this. No fixing screws are provided as they will need to suit the wall type, and the length of screw will depend on the distance from the back of the unit to the wall. lease ensure fixings used are appropriate to your wall type. Locate the bracket to the top panel or to the end panel as close to top as possible. We do not specify exact location for the bracket, this is left to the customer s discretion. With help move the unit into position. Warning: 2 people to lift. Lift with care. Warning: lease take care when drilling into the wall, avoiding any pipes and wires. Wear safety goggles when drilling. The use of residual current device (RCD) is recommended when working with tools.if in doubt consult a qualified person. U x1 V x2 22
