Service360 Team 18 Ameia Cuff Ameia is originally from Rocky Mount, VA. She joined LPL in 2011 as a representative in the General Service Center. She transitioned to Service360 Team 18 in December of 2012. Prior to joining LPL, Ameia worked for Wells Fargo in their Fraud Division. When Ameia is not working she enjoys video gaming, photography and being an Ebay Seller. Brett Lowenthal Brett is originally from Miami, FL. He joined LPL in January 2010 as a representative in the General Service Center. Before LPL, he spent five years with one of the largest LTL Freight Companies, in the National Accounts department. In that position, he learned the value of delivering quality customer service. When not working Brett enjoys watching the Atlanta Falcons and NASCAR (Go Dale Jr!). Candace Boyd Candace is a native of South Carolina. She attended Chris Logan Career College and worked 5 years in the Collections department of Citi. Candace joined LPL in February 2011 as a representative in the General Service Center, and cross-trained in multiple skillsets before joining Service360. Candace enjoys singing, playing the keyboard, writing music, cooking, baking, and shopping. I LOVE watching, The Golden Girls.
Service360 Team 18 Christopher Hucks Chris is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been in the financial industry going on 5 years. Starting with Wells Fargo in the Small Business department, then finishing his time there as a Financial Crimes Specialist. Chris joined the Service360 Team in February 2014. Deanna Boskovich Deanna is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. She holds a Bachelor s degree in Business Administration and upon graduation began her career as a financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial. She has several years of experience in the financial industry and first joined LPL Financial as a contractor in the Project Management Organization. Deanna became a permanent member of LPL financial when she joined the Service360 Team in August of 2012. When not at work Deanna enjoys Interior Design, gardening, walking, chauffeuring my daughter and her friends and playing with her dog: Winnie. Gwen Gray Gwen is originally from Buffalo, New York and attended Medaille College. She relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2001. Prior to joining LPL in 2013, she held several positions within the Financial Industry. Gwen has worked with all levels of Management and specialized in Fraud, Compliance, Reporting, Special Investigations, and Law Enforcement. When not at work Gwen enjoys bowling, walking nature trails, reading, cooking homemade meals from scratch and singing (Praise and Worship).
Service360 Team 18 Joseph Starr Joseph is a native of North Carolina with a Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He joined LPL Financial as a representative of Service360 Team 18 in January of 2014. Before joining LPL he was employed with Legalzoom.com, Inc. as a Business Department Manager and Product Development in Los Angeles, CA. Upon relocating back to NC in September of 2012 he began working for Tower Legal Solutions providing financial auditing and compliance for one of the largest financial institutions within the industry. When away from work Joseph enjoys fishing, cooking, water sports, volunteers with Big Brothers & Big Sisters & watching all kinds of movies. Joy Jones Joy is originally from Ohio. She holds a Bachelor s degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. She joined LPL on the UVEST platform in March of 2006. Joy has worked in various Operations departments including new accounts. Joy transitioned to the General Service Center and then to your Service360 team. Prior to working for LPL, Joy worked for Highland Capital Brokerage in the Insurance case design area. When not working Joy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, going to Jazz concerts, running, and reading. She is currently training for a Triathlon. Luis Cordero Luis is originally from New York City. He relocated to Charlotte in 2008. He worked for Wells Fargo for almost 2 years, with bank products, concentrating on delivering excellent customer service. He was later promoted to Wells Fargo Advisors where he assisted with investments as well as various retirement products. In 2014 he joined LPL Service360. When Luis is not working he enjoys games, gaming, going out to eat and trying new things.
Service360 Team 18 Mark Bass Mark is a native of Raleigh, NC. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Political Science major. Prior to joining LPL he worked at Wells Fargo Advisors on the Advisors Escalations team. Mark joined the Service360 Team in January 2014. When not at work, Mark enjoys traveling and focuses on Physical Fitness. Natalie Perry Natalie is a North Carolina native who graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Criminal Justice. She joined LPL in February 2007 as a New Accounts representative before transitioning to the General Service Center. She was promoted to Service360 in 2009. Prior to LPL, Natalie worked for Wachovia Bank. When Natalie is not working she enjoys music, photography, and reading. Octavia Wright Octavia is originally from Andrews, SC. In 2004, she received her BS in Banking and Finance at Fayetteville State University. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Accounting at Capella University. Octavia has been in the finance industry for eight years, the last four years focused on brokerage. Octavia joined Service360 in March 2013 transitioning from the General Service Center. When Octavia is not working she loves to travel, to play sports (favorite sports are Basketball, Softball, and Football), and reading poetry.
Service360 Team 18 Tasha Pryor Tasha is originally from Akron, Ohio where she graduated from The University of Akron. In 2007, she joined LPL in Operations as a Journals Specialist. She gained multiple skill sets in Operations, through volunteering for strike teams in other departments. Tasha s love for events planning, also earned her a spot on the employee engagement committee for Cash Management. In June of 2012, Tasha transitioned from Operations into the role of a Service360 Representative. When not working Tasha enjoys spending time with family, event planning and crafts. Victoria Roldan Victoria is a native from Colombia, South America. She holds a bachelor s degree of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Augusta State University. Prior to LPL, Victoria worked for Wells Fargo Advisors and has four years experience in finance, including retirement and insurance. Victoria joined the Service360 Team in January 2014. Victoria is also fluent in Spanish. She enjoys weekend getaways, gardening, and trail running at the whitewater center.
Service360 Team 18 Leadership Alyson Hillman and Tina VonCanon as leaders of Team 18, take ultimate responsibility for delivering exceptional service to you. Alyson Hillman Service360 Team 18 Manager Alyson is native of Charlotte, North Carolina. She joined LPL Financial in 2007 on the UVEST Service Center platform where she served as a Service Partner. She advanced to RIA Service360 quickly moving into leadership as a Supervisor. During her time on the RIA platform, Alyson was responsible for day-to-day operations, handling escalations, working on various company-wide Kaizen events. Due to her knowledge of LPL platforms, demonstrated leadership skills and exemplary customer service; she was promoted to Manager of Service 360 Team 18. Prior to joining LPL, Alyson worked with Wells Fargo Mortgage in various sale and support roles. She attended Life Bible College in Virginia studying Theology. She currently holds FINRA Series 99. She is a proud mother of teenage daughter as well as a surrogate mother to 4. She enjoys photography, travel and volunteering for philanthropic organizations. Tina VonCanon Service360 Team 18 Team Lead A native of Myrtle Beach, SC, Tina has been in the Financial Services Industry for more than 16 years. She relocated to Charlotte, NC in 1995 beginning her career in the industry with First Union National Bank. Tina successfully completed a role as a Transitions Integration Manager, in which she managed a number of programs through a transition from Pershing to LPL Financial, as well as the shutdown of the UVEST Program with the previous broker dealer. She is working on her Organizational Communication B.A. at the University of NC Charlotte, and when not working, Tina enjoys reading (thrillers), spending time with family and friends, and scrapbooking.
