Volunteer of the Month: Lou Ramos Colonel Lou Ramos, USAF (Retired), is the President/CEO of Value Enterprise Solutions, Inc. A VA Verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Lou is a PMP and a very active member of our Metrolina Chapter of PMI.
