Buxton, CFP, CLU Family Wealth Director Vice President Matt Bridge is a Senior Vice President and Senior Investment Management Consultant for KBB Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Matt has achieved the designation of Family Wealth Director, a title earned by less than 200 advisors at the firm that have continuously demonstrated experience and in-depth expertise in advising families with significant wealth. Matt and his team are able to offer experience in comprehensive financial planning. Matt works extensively with key corporate executives and officers helping to provide liquidity and diversification strategies for concentrated stock positions, retirement and cash flow analysis, wealth transfer and philanthropic planning. Matt s community interests include serving as the treasurer for McGilvra Soccer and Friends of Madison Park. He also coaches two soccer teams. He enjoys all sports, particularly running and skiing. His most enjoyable time outside of the office is spent with his wife and two young, energetic children. Todd Kelly is Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Family Wealth Director for for KBB Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Additionally he holds both the Certified Financial Planner TM (CFP ) and the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA ) designations. For the last 15 years he has focused in providing holistic and comprehensive wealth management for high and ultra-high net worth families. Todd works closely with clients to develop cost efficient investment strategies that are individually suited for each family s needs. A native of Wyoming, Todd graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude with his BS degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming in 1992. He is a member of the Seattle Alliance of Angels, a local early stage investment group. Todd s current community interest extends to board membership with Banchero Friends Services, an organization which assists the developmentally disabled. He is also on the Planned Giving Council for The Seattle Humane Society. Todd s passions include backpacking, mountain biking, hiking and skiing. He also enjoys golf and is an avid reader. A Certified Financial Planner TM, Kristen has spent the past 16 years in the financial service industry helping affluent individuals and families in all aspects of financial management, including comprehensive estate planning, trust services, liquidity analysis and philanthropic endeavors. Kristen is a Family Wealth Director within Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, which puts her among an elite category of financial advisors qualified to assist those in the ultra high net worth arena. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2011, she spent 7 years as a Private Wealth Advisor at UBS Financial Services. Prior to UBS Financial Services, Kristen worked at Merrill Lynch where she served in the estate planning group for the Pacific Northwest District. Kristen became a Certified Financial Planner TM, CFP in 2003 and a Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU in 2007. She is an active fundraiser for the Uncompensated Care Fund at Seattle Children s Hospital and Eastside Domestic Violence Program. Jason M. Auten Financial Advisor Terri M. Williams Registered Client Service Associate Jamie J. Price Client Service Associate Jason Auten is a Financial Advisor with KBB Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the firm, Jason was an Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Advisors. At Wells Fargo, his role was to advise and educate financial advisors as to which investment solutions were best suited for their high net worth clients. He began his investment career at Eaton Vance in Boston after graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Jason focuses in wealth planning, with an emphasis on investment strategies, asset allocation, and capital market education. His practice is primarily focused on working with business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives in the technology sector. Outside of the office, Jason is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing tennis and traveling. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. Terri has spent the past 19 years in the financial service industry working as a client service associate helping individuals in all aspects of client service. Terri prides herself in helping to make sure that clients needs are met in a timely fashion and she work closely with clients CPA s, Attorney s and Financial Advisors to make sure that everyone is working together in the best interest of the client. With 19 years in the industry, she is exceptional in dealing with any issues that might arise. Terri is Series 7 and Series 66 registered. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Terri worked as a client service associate at a wholesale sportswear company for 8 years. In here spare time, she loves spending time with her two daughters and four grandchildren. She is also a Girl Scouts volunteer and training facilitator for the Girl Scouts of Western Washington and she volunteers for Relay for Life. Jamie graduated from the University of Washington where she earned a degree in Economics. Since graduating from college, Jamie started her career at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in various client service roles. Previously she interned at Waddell and Reed, where she worked closely with numerous financial advisors. While studying at the University of Washington, she also interned with the Operational Risk Management team at Barclays Bank in London. In her spare time, she enjoys both playing and watching sports.
