animeo KNX RTS Receiver What is the animeo KNX RTS receiver? - A Somfy RTS receiver which transmits the radio signals to the KNX Bus. - It allows to access KNX products of any other manufacturer resulting in great interoperability. - The animeo KNX Motor Controller with the integrated animeo KNX RTS Receiver can be seen as a neutral KNX radio gateway - It is the same physical device as the animeo RTS Radio Module but has a different reference number - Physical installation is similar to the animeo RTS Radio Module but the commissioning procedure is new and requires the usage of the ETS3 software animeo RTS radio module, ref 1860105 NEW animeo KNX RTS Receiver, ref 1860191

animeo KNX RTS Receiver Technical constraints - Minimum index version for the animeo KNX 4 AC Motor Controller WM/RDM is index B. - The animeo KNX RTS card is only functional with the new KNX 4 AC Motor Controller WM/DRM (index B ). - animeo KNX Motor Controllers which are already installed in projects can not be upgraded. The complete device must be exchanged. - The animeo RTS Radio Module (ref. 1860105) and the animeo KNX RTS receiver (ref. 1860191) can both be used with the animeo KNX 4 AC Motor Controller WM/DRM. - There will be a new application (German/English) for the animeo KNX 4 AC Motor Controller WM/DRM only. - A new complete product data base will follow, including the KNX Moco s DC and DC/E with the new RTS functionality plus various languages.

animeo KNX Master Control W2/W8 What is the animeo KNX Master Control W2/W8? - A KNX Building Controller which allows to manage up 16 individual configurable zones. If needed it can be expanded to 32 or even more zones. - It connects all sensors available through the Outside Sensor Box - Additional 6 wind speed sensors can be used (version W8) - Additional 16 inside temperature sensors can be integrated (one per zone) - Setting of parameters and configurations will be done through the very intuitive animeo KNX Operating software and the ETS3 animeo KNX Master Control W2, ref. 1860187 animeo KNX Master Control W2, ref. 1860193

Upgrade AS315N KNX Motor Controller What is the upgrade? - Fact: the AS315N only sends 1 Bit values through the sun object. It was not possible to make full use of the auto/manu priority of the animeo KNX Motor Controllers. - With the launching of the new application of the animeo KNX Motor Controllers (4 AC first) the IP 2 will function as an automatic object like the 1 Byte objects. - Result: full use of the auto/manu priority of the KNX Motor Controllers can now be provided, even when using the AS315N. - For detailed explanation of the auto/manu priority of the KNX Motor Controllers please see the according manuals.
