Lease Renewals In the last year, we have completed over 40 lease renewals. Former Forever 21 This building is now fully leased with Smart & Final, Planet Fitness, and Rockin Jump as described above. Smart & Final opened in December and the other two will be opening in February. JCPenney This JCPenny has received the Founder s Award and it is ranked as the #8 store of its size nationally based on sales per square foot due to it having a new Sephora store in it as of approximately 2 years ago. Sears This Sears store is ranked #4 in the nation based on the net profit per square foot for Sears stores in this size range. Ross Ross just renewed their lease for 5 years. Remodeling The exterior remodeling plans are being finalized now and work, will begin relative to such in the next month and be completed approximately within the next 4 months. The exterior of the Smart & Final, Planet Fitness and Rockin Jump building has just been remodeled with a new, very attractive façade.
