Over the past few days, you have been learning about Self-hypnosis! Hopefully during this time, you have learned a few things about yourself as well. It has been my privilege and honor to be able to take you through this process. By now, you should have a pretty good working understanding about what hypnosis is and what it is not. Do you remember the definition we talked about in Step 2? You ve found out how well you respond to hypnotic suggestion. Remember the suggestibility tests in Step 4? You now understand exactly how to put yourself into a light hypnotic trance quickly and easily, anytime, anyplace, as taught in Step 4. You ve just learned how to prepare and give yourself effective post-hypnotic suggestions that will change your life in step 7. You also learned the proper way to breathe in Step 4. You are NOW going to learn the most powerful secret to getting hypnosis to work for you. I hope you made sure you paid very close attention to ALL of the emails that you received because they have all contained the essential ingredients to hypnosis and they are all KEY and relevant INFORMATION. However, If you really want to be moved to take action in your life and want to use hypnosis daily to achieve all your goals, not only do you need all the steps I just outlined; Receptive to Suggestion Alpha Delta Brainwave State A Goal or Motivation for something you Desire Relaxation Proper Breathing Visualization Properly Worded Suggestions This most important thing that you really need is EMOTIONS. I did touch on this briefly before. Everything that I mentioned to you already, are fundamental and is all about the method. But, the FUEL that actually sends the subconscious mind into ACTION is your EMOTIONAL STATE. You need both. You need the proper procedure, because this tells the subconscious mind, exactly specifically what you want. But, the Emotions are what really light this on fire and get all of it to happen faster. So, going back to that first step, take out that goal that you said you wanted to achieve as a result of taking this course. P a g e 2 5
Now, ask yourself this question again: How would you like your life to be different once you have MASTERED self-hypnosis? And so, I want you to think about that number one goal that you know you will achieve by applying self-hypnosis in your daily life. How badly do you desire that to happen? As you are thinking about that goal, also allow yourself to feel your desire for it. Just take a moment, stop, and feel your desire for that goal. Now, I want you to imagine that you have already achieved that goal and this time, feel your gratitude for having it already. Remember, a big part of learning is in the experience of doing it. So, as I ask you to, REALLY DO IT because that is the best way for you to LEARN. Now, take out your notes that you wrote: My Intention is to use self-hypnosis to. The one in which you finished that sentence with whatever you wrote as your main goal. Example: My Intention is to use self-hypnosis to motivate myself to achieve financial success in my business. Remember how we formulated suggestions before? Now, I want you to formulate at least 5 of your own suggestions around that goal. Remember to keep them, short, believable, and positive. P a g e 3 5
Good, now in a moment, I want you to go through the breathing exercise we did where you close your eyes, breathe in to a count of 7 and breathe out to a count of eleven. And do that 3 times. Then, I want you to deepen that state, by imagining every area in your body relaxing; the ten parts of your body we mentioned in the Breathing and Relaxation. Once you reach a state of light trance using the above method. I want you to think of your goal. Say it, experience it physically, or visualize it happening. Then, I want you to repeat those 5 suggestions that you created to yourself. You can slightly open your eyes if you need to refer to your notes on this. Finally, I want you to visualize yourself having already achieved that goal and allow that feeling of gratitude to wash through your body completely. Turn up that positive vibration of gratitude as much as you possibly can and feel it for about 15 20 seconds or so. And then simply emerge rested. Good! You just created and experienced your own self-hypnosis routine. Now, you can use this tool any time you wish and the more you use it, the more powerful it becomes for you! Congratulations!
