Libro Libro is a cabinet with a clean and simple design. Due to its simplicity it is perfect by itself but one can also easily combine the cabinets to create unique combinations. When payment falls due, we reserve the right charge 2% interest / month. Payment by cheque is not accepted. Only International Bank transfers are accepted. Bank details according to the invoice. TERMS OF DELIVERY Delivery from door to door. Deliveries will only be effected at our terms of payment and delivery. The goods remain the property of Abstracta AB until full payment has been settled. Dispatch date is when goods are leaving factory. Standard package is included, wooden crates are charged separately. Fixed delivery date and telephone notification will be charged separately. Europé 1 FINLAND, LATVIA, LITUANIA, ESTONIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, BENELUX Free delivery DAP on order above 1000 Euro net. For orders less than 1000 Euro, a freight cost of 100 Euro is charged. (Documents sent by courier will be charged) CLAIMS AND TRANSPORT DAMAGES Any claims/transport damages must be reported to Abstracta. A special claim report shall be sent in together with photos to sales@abstracta.se. Visible damages must also be notified on the waybill when you recieve the goods. Unvisible damages must be reported within 6 days. Photos must be taken on all damages for us to be able to handle the claim. RESERVATION REGARDING OWNERSHIP Deliveries will only be effected at our terms of payment and delivery. The goods remain the property of Abstracta until full payment has been settled. CANCELLATION OF ORDER Cancellation of goods in stock is possible until 3 workdays after confirmated order date. If cancelling a produciton order, the customer will be charged for the work that has been made. RETURN OF ORDER Return of stock goods are allowed within 14 days from dispatch date. The goods must be sent back in original packaging. The customer pays for the freight back to Abstracta AB. Return can not be done before advising this to our customer service which will create a return order. The goods must be marked with our return order number. Abstracta will charge 20% of the order value as a return fee. GUARANTEE The products carry a 24 months guarantee from the month of delivey subject to normal wear and tear.
