These instructions are published by Tele Radio AB without any guarantee. The instructions may be removed or revised by Tele Radio AB at any time and without further notice. The instructions that contain information on the installation and configuration of the radio remote control unit on the machine are not intended to be passed on to the end user. Only such information may be passed on to the end user that is needed to operate the machine correctly by radio remote control. WARNINGS & RESTRICTIONS IMPORTANT! Tele Radio remote controls are often built into wider applications. We recommend that the system is provided with a wired emergency stop where necessary. INSTALLING, CONNECTING AND MOUNTING Allow only licensed or qualified personnel to install the product. Switch the power supply off to the receiver before connecting the equipment. Check that you have connected the power supply to the correct connection terminal. Use undamaged cables. No cables should hang loose. Avoid installing in areas affected by strong vibrations. Place the receiver well away from wind, damp and water. Cable glands and vent plugs must face down to prevent water from seeping in. THE USER Make sure that the user is following the instructions. Make sure that the user has reached the certified age of your country to operate the equipment. Make sure that the user is not under the influence of drugs, alcohol and medicines. Allow only qualified personnel to have access to the transmitter and operate the equipment. Make sure that the user does not leave the transmitter unsupervised. Make sure that the user always turns the transmitter off when not in use. Make sure that the user keeps a good overview of the work area. MAINTENANCE Always contact your representative for service and maintenance work on the product. Write down the serial numbers/ ID codes of the receivers and transmitters used. This information should be recorded on the Settings document for your product (download from our website). Avoid registering transmitters to receivers where it is not being used. Keep the safety instruction for future reference. Always download the configurations instruction from our web site for the latest version available. - 4 -

QUICK FUSE NOTE! With the 10 A fuse mounted and the receiver powered, voltage from the middle power supply connection pin (12-24V AC/DC fused) is fed through the fuse to relay number 1 (pin 2, NO). NOTE! The quick fuse is optional. - 6 -

CHANGE BATTERIES 1. Remove the (a) clip (2 screws). 2. Remove the (b ) battery lid (2 screws). 3. Put the batteries in (3 x 1.5V AA batteries). 4. Put the battery lid (b) back (2 screws). 5. Put the clip (a) back (2 screws). START THE TRANSMITTER 1. Press the ON button for at least 1 second until the red LED lights. The red LED flashes when the transmitter is on. TURN THE TRANSMITTER OFF 1. Press the OFF button. The red LED goes out. AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN When no buttons have been pressed for 3 minutes, the transmitter turns off. - 9 -

REGISTER Only one transmitter can be registered in the receiver at a time. If you want to register a second transmitter, you have to erase the first transmitter. 1. Start the receiver and the transmitter. 2. T70TX-02TTB, T70TX-03STB: Press button 1. KEEP PRESSED UNTIL ALL STEPS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED. T70TX-06TTB: See Settings for T70RX-03AIB + T70TX-06TTB or Settings for T70RX-03AWB + T70TX-06TTB for what button to press, depending on what receiver that you are using. KEEP PRESSED UNTIL ALL STEPS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED. 3. Press the receiver Code button. Keep pressed until the red relay LEDs light. 4. Release the Code button. The receiver stays in registering mode for approx. 8 seconds. 5. Keep the transmitter button pressed. When the red relay LEDs flash 3 times, the transmitter is registered in the receiver. 6. Release the transmitter button. ERASE 1. Press the receiver Code button for over 6 seconds until the red Code LED goes out. SWITCH FREQUENCY 1. Start the transmitter. Press the OFF button. Keep pressed. 2. WITHIN 3 SECONDS: Press the ON button. Keep both buttons pressed. 3. Release the transmitter buttons. 4. WITHIN 5 SECONDS: Press transmitter button 1 to step 1 row up in the frequency table OR Press transmitter button 3 to step 1 row down in the frequency table. The red transmitter LED flashes 3 times when the frequency has been changed. The transmitter turns off. NOTE! If you want to step more than one row up or down in the frequency table, you need to restart the transmitter and go over the steps above again. When you have switched frequency, connecting the transmitter and receiver can take a little while longer. - 10 -

FREQUENCY BANKS SWITCH FREQUENCY BANK The default setting in the transmitter is channel 1 in frequency bank 1. You have to switch frequency before you register the transmitter in the receiver. If the transmitter is already registered in a receiver, you have to erase the transmitter from that receiver. You can then switch frequency and register the transmitter in a receiver. NOTE! The transmitter must be turned off when switching frequency bank. - 11 -

Remove the battery casing (2 screws). 2b. The frequency switches are placed to the left on the circuit board (see picture). - 12 -

4. Put the battery compartment back on the circuit board (4 screws). 5. Put the 3 batteries back. 6. Put the battery lid back (2 screws). 7. Put the clip back (2 screws). - 13 -

SETTINGS FOR T70RX-03AIB + T70TX-06TTB Register the transmitter in the receiver To register the transmitter in the 1st receiver: Press transmitter button 1, 2 or 3 (see picture). To register the transmitter in the 2nd receiver: Press transmitter button 4, 5 or 6 (see picture). Interlocking function When interlocking is enabled, only one relay can be activated at the same time. When interlocking is disabled, several relays can be activated at the same time. Default= no interlocking (receiver Function LED = off). Turn interlocking on/ off 1. Start the receiver and transmitter. 2. Press the receiver Function button. 3. The receiver Function LED lights green when interlocking is activated. To turn the interlocking function off, press the receiver Function button until the LED goes out. - 14 -

SETTINGS FOR T70RX-03AWB + T70TX-06TTB Register the transmitter in the receiver To register the transmitter in the 1st receiver: Press transmitter button 1 or 4 (see picture). To register the transmitter in the 2nd receiver: Press transmitter button 2 or 5 (see picture). To register the transmitter in the 3rd receiver: Press transmitter button 3 or 6 (see picture). Winch modes Winch mode I Relay 1 activates when relay 2 or 3 activates (green Function LED= off). Winch mode II Relay 1 activates and stays on for 30 seconds when relay 2 or 3 is activated. Switch between Winch mode I and Winch mode II 1. Start the receiver and transmitter. Press the receiver Function button. When the Function LED lights green, Winch mode II is selected. When the Function LED is off, Winch mode I is selected. To switch winch mode, press the Function button until the Function LED lights or goes out. - 15 -

Chapter 3: BATTERY GUIDE CHAPTER 3: BATTERY GUIDE PRECAUTIONS Observe the following general battery warnings: As batteries contains flammable substances such as lithium or other organic solvents, they may cause heating, rupture or ignition. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced with a battery of an incorrect type. Do not short circuit, disassemble, deform or heat batteries. Never try to charge a visibly damaged or frozen battery. Keep batteries out of reach of small children. Should a child swallow a battery, consult a physician immediately. Avoid direct soldering to batteries. When discarding batteries, insulate the + and - terminals of batteries with insulating/ masking tape. Do not put multiple batteries in the same plastic bag. When improperly disposed, lithium batteries may short circuit, causing them to become hot, burst or ignite. Store in a cool location. Keep batteries away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and high humidity. Do not throw batteries into fire. During the guarantee/warranty period, Tele Radio AB may replace the product or faulty parts.
