Open the clamping frame. 3. Lift up the sweat guard on the inside of the cap, and then place the cap in the cap frame. At the same time, align the centerline of the cap with the centerline of the sweat guard holder on the cap frame, and slide the sweat guard under the holder.
4. After arranging the brim, firmly push in the cap as far as possible. 5. Close the clamping frame, and then hook the catch of the snap lock to secure it. 6. Remove cap frame from the mounting jig. 7. Attach cap frame to the embroidery machine and snap in place. 8. Embroidery for hat can be designed with the hat and hoop in place on the machine.
