INVITE PROCESS 1. INVITE Hey Michelle! I'm sure your super busy so I'm not sure if you've seen some of my posts about my current accountability group and how they are killing it during a very difficult time of year. I know you had interest last month and I wanted to follow up. (or...i wanted to extend a personal invite to you.) Would you like a spot? She says YES! 2. BRIDGE - Questions So excited that you would like a spot! (or provide more info) Could you please first share with me some of your goals so that I can better help you? IF they ask about price right away: That depends on what you want and need. How about I ask you a few questions and we can go from there to make sure this is right for you? After they share goals or if you are ready to ask questions: 1.From a health and fitness standpoint, what are you facing right now? 2. How is this a problem for you? 3. How is that impacting you? 4. Who (or what) else does this impact? 5. What would success with this look like for you? 6. What has stopped you from successing with this before? 7. If you were successsful with it, what would you gain?

More questions, you're not done yet! 8. Do you have any injuries/restrictions? 9. How would you describe your nutrition? 10. How many times in the last 5 yrs. would you say you've tried to lose weight but gave up before you reached your goal? 11. Do you think that you would benefit from being part of a small private group with individuals just like you, all working together to reach your own individualized goals? 3. SEND Videos Send you prospect your favorite Shakeo video and this one which describes our CG. Click here for video. Sounds like this would be a great fit for you, but I want to make sure. If I sent you a couple of very short videos would you watch them?...if they say yes... Great! When do you think you have a few minutes to watch? reply...tonight. Perfect, so you can watch the videos tonight after 8. I will shoot them over now. I would also love to set up a quick 5 minute chat with you in the next 2 days if you're willing. Instant messenger is so impersonal. What time tomorrow do you have a few minutes either via phone or here on FB so that I can follow up with you?

4. FOLLOW UP Hi Michelle, what did you like about the information you saw in the videos I sent? Did you see how the challenge group could help answer your quesitons about fitness, nutrition and accountability? Does this look like something you're willing to invest in? (Optional Approach) 1. When you stated (reason for wanting to do the program or past failures), how serious were you about overcoming that? 2. Okay, on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being you have no interest and 10 you are ready to get started today, where are you right now? 3. Based on what you ve just seen, how much weight would you need to lose in order to make it worth it to you? 4. How many weeks would you commit to in order to lose the amount of weight you want? 5. So, then if I could help you to (tell their why) and lose (amount of weight) in (amount of time), would you be ready to get started? 5. ENROLL HELP THEM ENROLL!!! CLOSE... Great, sounds like you are definitely ready, why don't we get you started, it only takes 10 minutes. Are you by your computer?

WHAT TO DO IF YOU SKIPPED SOME OF THESE STEPS... Hi Michelle, I need to apologize, I sent you the video before I had a chance to ask you a few questions to make sure this is right for you. The more I understand why your interested, the better I can help you get connected to a solution that's right for you. WHEN THEY DON'T WRITE BACK: Hey Michelle, I'm not sure where we left off. I already have people who have joined my group and are moving forward, just want to make sure I didn't leave you out by accident. I know you wanted (RESTAE THEIR GOALS). Did you want me to go ahead and fill this spot with someone else and move you to the next challenge group, or are you ready to get started now? IF SOMEONE SAYS NOT RIGHT NOW... maybe next month or in the Spring...AND you've DONE all the steps, asked all the questions and this is truly not their time, THEN...they are not ready. (otherwise, go back, you skipped steps and your job is not done.)
