As a Portfolio Manager, he manages investment portfolios on a discretionary basis, in accordance with client goals. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLAN- NER(tm) since 1995, Bill has a broad understanding of a variety of client financial needs. Bill started his financial services career with Merrill Lynch in 1972. In 1975 he joined E.F. Hutton where he served as an Investment Broker, St. Louis Branch Manager and the Midwest regional leveraged products specialist. Bill has a M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and B.S.B.A., majoring in economics, from Drake University. Kathy Doering Senior Registered Client Service Associate Kathy has been employed by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney since 1993. As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate she provides administrative and operational support for client service requests. Kathy s former employment with Monsanto Co. in the Treasury and the Corporate Accounting Departments, and with H&R Block as a tax preparer, provide her experience in financial, accounting, and tax procedures.
