MACHINE BLOCK The machine welding is made by welding aparatus & welding robots. After the welding,we make stress relief process by vibration system. After the stress relief process machine frame goes to CNC 5 axes machining centers for accuracy.all referance surfaces and connection holes are machined. By all this processes machine frame sensivity is protected for a long life time. SHEAR TECHNOLOGY-PERFECT CUTS: During the ACCURL swing cut,the cutter bar moves with the top blade in a rotational movement. At the beginning of the cut,the top blade is vertically above the bottom blade. During the course of the cut,it moves away from the bottom blade. The kerf can be exactly adapted to the thickness and hardness of the sheet by means of the eccentric. A very straight cutting pattern is typical for the swing cut. For thick sheets,this provides high dimensional accuracy,and for narrow strips,a torsion-free cut UPPER BLADE CUTTING CLEARINGS OR BLADE GAP (VARIABLE) 0.06 mm for each mm to cut up to MS8 0.04 mm for each mm to cut over MS8. HOLD DOWN SHEARING ANGLE (TYPICAL 3 ) LOWER BLADE CLEARING ANGLE (FIXED =1.5 )

SHEARING PROCESS By To perform a perfect ACCURL shearing you need a perfect swing cut that minimizes the effects that take place in the metal sheet during cutting action due to its inner composition, its accumulated inner stresses, its geometry. These natural effects, if not corrected and compensated, become defects in your sheet metal products, reducing their quality. Common shearing effects are: the torsion effect, the straightness effect, the bending effect and the cut edge defect. STRAIGHTNESS ERROR This effect results in a sheet metal bowed along its plan (the surface stays flat) at the end of cut action. It is related to strip width, its thickness, material strength and previous cold rolling direction (residual stresses). To reduce this effect it is recommended to use smaller cutting angle and to do pre cuts (scraps) along rolling direction. TORSION EFFECT This effect results in a sheet metal twisted along its axe at the end of cut action. This effect happens typically when shearing narrow strips. Shearing conditions that enhance this effect are related to sheet metal geometry (high thickness, thin width, short length), material characteristics (soft material, uneven stress distribution) and of course cutting parameters (big cutting angle, highcutting speed). BENDING EFFECT This effect results in a bowed sheet metal (the sheet metal is no more flat as its edges raises from the plan) at the end of cut action. This defect is related to cutting angle and workpiece strength. To reduce this effect it is recommended to use a smaller cutting angle and to support the sheet metal. NOT STRAIGHT CUT EDGE The material to be cut deforms plastically in a very small region that causes a residual deformation. The bright zone is where the upper blade penetrates the material before the formation of a crack that produces a rough and irregulars surface known as the fractured zone. This area extends into the edge burr which occurs during the final phase of shearing and depends on cutting clearance, workpiece strength and tools condition.

It is a single unit construction welded and reinforced sheet-quality and certified, properly sized. TECHNOLOGY: OPERATION The blade beam is supported on bearings over the whole length. These are adjustable in each point, which would guarantee a complete accomplishment. The cylinders are installed in the structure in single unit working vertically. Once the blade beam is supported by bearing in the entire length, the friction is zero and the deformation of machine is controlled. SHEET SUPPORT TABLE (OPTIONAL) The support system is used to support thin plate,ensuring the linearity of the plate and the right measure to cut. The operation is done by two synchronized pneumatic cylinders with the movement of the blade beam. ESTUN E21S NC CONTROL UNIT (STANDARD): The ACCURL ESTUN E21s shear controller provides a complete and compact shear control application. Including backgauge control, gap control and stroke length limitation this state of the art electronics based unit makes a versatile solution. The backgauge can be moved manually by selecting pushbuttons in 2 different speeds. With its bright LCD display, the control offers a clear, fast and simple programming facility. The actual and programmed position information are visualized simultaneously; the stock counter can also be displayed at the same time. On every step the control offers chaining, retract functionality as well as repetitive strokes.
