WELCOME Welcome to CONFAB 2017! We are excited to have fellow alumni together again to promote the continued growth and development of our beloved alma mater, Shaw University. CONFAB is the National Alumni Association s (NAA) annual conference designed to connect the University, Alumni and the NAA. At last year s conference we focused on a tangible and measurable action plan to reach those goals. Your assignment was to connect, collaborate, and inspire! With this year s theme, Mission Possible II: Fast Forward, we want to move our plan to action. Together, alumni can move fast forward to realizing our plan to connect with alumni and university constituents, give both time and funding, and contribute to goals aimed at recruiting and retaining students at the University. This is our time to work to connect with fellow alumni, recruit students to the University, and support retention efforts. These action items will help strengthen our University and help achieve the NAA s core goals. The mission is possible, the plan is in place, and now is the time to press FAST FORWARD on the work!
