SPEAKER PROFILES Janet Li, CFA, is the Director of Investments, Greater China at Willis Towers Watson. She works with institutional clients (sovereigns, pension, insurance, corporate and wealth management) in the Greater China region (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau). Janet is also a core member of the Asia leadership team. Janet joined Watson Wyatt (predecessor firm of Willis Towers Watson) in 2001 and has over 16 years of industry experience. Her experience spans across a wide range of investment services (asset liability review and strategy, portfolio construction, manager review, selection and monitoring, fund governance and transformation, member communication and education and related tools developments) and a diverse range of asset classes (public equities and fixed income, private equities, illiquid credit, real estate and infrastructure). She specializes in fund governance and has been leading the initiative in Asia Pacific. Janet Li CFA Willis Towers Watson / Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association Janet is the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association (HKRSA). She also serves as the Chairman of the Members Communication Sub-committee and a Member of the Business Strategy Sub-committee of the HKRSA. She is a Management Committee Member of the Taiwan Pension Fund Association and an Advisory Committee Member of the FTSE Taiwan Index Committee. Janet is also a key supporter to the Cross Straits Pension Forum which aims to promote pension and retirement protection issues in the Greater China region. She serves as independent trustee to a pension scheme in Hong Kong. Janet graduated with the Bachelor of Economics & Finance from The University of Hong Kong. Stuart is based in Hong Kong and advises on investments and pensions in Asia. He is the author of books titled "Investment Funds in China" and "Pension Funds in China". He is the Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association and was Chairman of the CFA Institute Advisory Council on Standards and Financial Market Integrity. He has served as the Chairman of Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) in Asia-Pacific and as Chairman of Fidelity Investments, Asia Pacific. He has advised the Chinese Government on pension reforms. He was a Director of Exchange Fund Investment Limited which created the Hong Kong Government's Tracker Fund, the first E.T.F. in Asia. Stuart Leckie OBE, JP, FIA, FSA Stirling Finance Ltd Stuart is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (U.K.) and of the Society of Actuaries (U.S.A.). He is also Adjunct Professor at City University of Hong Kong. He is appointed Justice of the Peace by the Hong Kong Government, and has been awarded an 0.B.E. by the British Government. Alan is Head of Treasury at the Hong Kong Housing Society. Before joining the Housing Society, he was Head of Retail Distribution North Asia for Deutsche Asset Management. Prior to Deutsche, he was Alternative Specialist for UBS Wealth Management in Hong Kong. Alan has over 33 years of experience in the financial industry. His roles include actuarial consultant, asset consultant as well as institutional fund management. Alan Liu B.Ec MBA Hong Kong Housing Society As Head of Treasury, Alan is responsible for all treasury functions as well as the management of the Housing Society's internal reserves. Alan graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney NSW Australia with a Bachelor Degree in Economics majoring in Actuarial Science. He also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Steve Chiu CFP CM Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong Steve has over 25 years of experience in the wealth and asset management industry, and is currently Senior Vice President & Head of Hong Kong Retail of PIMCO Asia Limited. Before joining PIMCO he held senior positions in Manulife Asset Management, Bosera Asset Management (International), AIA Wealth Management, Invesco Asset Management, HSBC Retail Banking and HSBC Asset Management. He holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of Hong Kong and MBA degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Steve is a CFA charterholder and a CFP certificant, and currently sits in the Board of Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong, of which he was elected as Chairman during 2012-2014.

SPEAKER PROFILES Dustin Ball is a partner and the EY Asia-Pacific Insurance Transactions Leader for Transaction Advisory Services bringing a full range of services to insurance clients of EY firms in Asia. He brings years of experience in strategy development, M&A, market entry, distribution channel transformation, partnerships, joint ventures and portfolio optimization. Based in Hong Kong, Dustin has been living and working in Asia since 2004. Prior to joining EY, Dustin was the CEO of BIDV MetLife, a joint venture between MetLife and BIDV in Vietnam. He led the formation of the joint venture, licensing and start-up of the company, and then served as CEO until 2016. Dustin Ball EY Before working at BIDV MetLife, Dustin was the Asia-Pacific head of strategic development for several leading multinational insurers, where he was responsible for overseeing mergers and acquisitions in Asia, as well as developing new market-entry strategies. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. James Lin is a Senior Manager, Insurance Analytics and Quantitative Advisory for Ernst & Young based in Hong Kong. He joined the financial services and the actuarial profession in the 2007 and has been involved in various analytics roles with banks and insurance companies. This includes capital quantification, customer analytics, fraud analytics, credit scoring, investment strategy and asset allocation as well as enterprise risk management. James graduated with a first class honors degree in actuarial studies from the University of Melbourne, Australia. James Lin EY Celine Ng Tong is a Principal in the Asia Health Consulting team and is based in Hong Kong. Celine Ng Tong FSA Mercer She has over 12 years of experience in consulting to organizations on all aspects of employee benefit programs in Asia and around the world. This includes including consulting on design strategies, flexible benefit program feasibility & implementation, network management, carrier audits, pricing and funding reviews and wellbeing and employee communication strategies. Celine is passionate about healthcare and has spoken in industry events on a variety of topics including global funding alternative, managed health care, women s health & wellness strategies and diversity & inclusion. Celine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University in Montreal and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (F.S.A.). She is also a fully licensed Hong Kong employee broker. Dr. York Yat-Ngok Chow is an orthopaedic surgeon by profession, and graduated from HKU. Dr. Chow has served as the Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Princess Margaret Hospital in 1983 and the Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital from 1984 1992. With the establishment of the Hospital Authority, Dr. Chow switched over to hospital and healthcare administration. He was appointed Hospital Chief Executive of Queen Elizabeth Hospital in 1992 and Hospital Chief Executive of Queen Mary Hospital in 2001. He was subsequently appointed Cluster Chief Executive of the Hong Kong West Cluster of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority in 2002. Dr. York Yat-Ngok Chow GBS, SBS, MBE, JP AIA Dr. Chow was appointed by the Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Central Government to be the Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food from 2004 to 2007, and again the Secretary for Food and Health from 2007 to 2012. Dr. Chow was appointed as the Chairperson of Equal Opportunities Commission from April 2013 to March 2016. He joined the AIA Hong Kong and Macau Ltd as its Chief Medical Officer and Corporate Advisor since January 2017.

SPEAKER PROFILES Alex Lam began his patient advocacy career quite accidentally in 2003 when he was (mis)diagnosed with SARS. On recovery, he helped to incorporate the Hong Kong SARS Mutual Help Association in order to assist those who survived the deadly outbreak. He is currently the Chairman of the Association. Alex was elected a council member of the Hong Kong Alliance of Patients Organizations in 2011 and advanced as Vice-Chairman in next year, until his term finished in 2015. In 2014, he helped forming the Hong Kong Alliance of Rare Diseases and had served as founding member. Together with other well-known local patient leaders, he formed the Hong Kong Patients Voices in August 2015 in order to advocate the importance of Patient-Centred Healthcare in Hong Kong. Alex Lam Hong Kong Patients Voices Alex serves as a member of the Hospital Authority s Public Complaints Committee, and had served as a member of the Committee on Strategic Review on Healthcare Manpower Planning and Professional Development (Medical Sub-group) of the Food and Health Bureau. In 2016, an amendment bill to reform the Hong Kong Medical Council which has failed to meet the public s expectation on its complaint handling system was unable to pass the 2 nd reading in the Legislative Council due to filibustering by the lawmaker representing the medical sector. A tripartite platform was later formed by the Government to facilitate discussions between doctors, lawmakers, and patient representatives, hoping to enhance communication and promote understanding among them, and paving the way to another round of submission of a new bill for passing. Alex was nominated and appointed as a member in the platform. Luzia Hung is Senior Vice President and Head of Employee Benefits with Manulife Hong Kong, and Chief Executive Officer of Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited. She is leading all Manulife s pensions and group life and health insurance businesses in Hong Kong. Luzia Hung Manulife (International) Limited Before joining Manulife, Luzia worked for a Europe based international insurance and pensions company as its Chief of Pension & Group Business, overseeing both the Pension and Group Insurance Division and was responsible for the distribution, marketing and operations management of the Retirement, Group Medical, Group Life and other general insurance businesses. Prior to this, she worked for a leading global financial institution for 19 years, becoming General Manager and Head of Employee Benefits before moving to Retirement Benefits following the launch of the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme. Luzia spent the earlier part of her career in private bank and multinational corporations. Luzia is a Director of the Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited. She is the Chairman of both the Executive Committee and the Profile and Events Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Retirement Scheme Association. She also serves in the Executive Committee of the Insurope network. Born in Macau and educated in Canada, Luzia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and a Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from McMaster University in Canada. Sam Yeung is a Senior Client Relationship Manager and Actuary with Munich Re in Hong Kong. He is responsible for life and health reinsurance business development in Hong Kong and Taiwan. His experience spans product development, pricing, experience analysis, and risk management for both individual and group medical products. Sam is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Council Member of the Actuarial Society of Hong Kong, and chairperson of ASHK s Health Committee and International Committee. Sam Yeung FSA Munich Re
