Guest Instructions You should be familiar with your own character and those of the other guests. You should try and stay 'in character, so that the clues make sense as they are revealed. The Reveal clues in each round are the information that will need to be shared so that the story can emerge. But this is a conversation -- you should make the clues you are revealing sound as if they are a natural part of the dinner conversation. The Conceal clues on the other hand are things that other guests will know about you, and you will need to deny. The clues will give you suggestions for how to get out of tight spots of questioning. Round 1 Clue for Charlotte Lotta Greanbaaks Irma has been saying some extremely unkind things about that charming philosopher chap, Crispin. She s been in your ear every opportunity she could get, saying how he makes eyes at her. You are so aware that the world of art is a fickle one. Trends are here today, gone tomorrow. You ve heard that Di s style is not as in favor as it used to be and frankly you have doubts that this film contract she s been bragging about can save what is obviously a falling star. And you have been wondering why someone as hardnosed as May would be so interested in your paintings she s asked to see them several times. Ivanna on the other hand has a genuine interest and you have shown her many of your works. This clue should be revealed to others. "- Round 1 Clue for Con Damasses You ve heard around the traps that Di s theatre company might be in trouble. Just a rumor that one hears Roger. Now there s an interesting chap. You probably want to know a lot more about why he left the navy in the first place. Not many people get transfers to another service altogether. There must be a story here somewhere. Being a bit of a betting man yourself, you ve been trying to talk to Rex about gambling on the races he drives. He s told you quite a lot about the business, though generally only after a few schnapps This clue should be revealed to others. Host-Party.com Murder Mystery Games Page 5 of 10

Round 1 Clue for Crispin Croissant You have definitely noticed something odd going on between May and Con. You have seen them on several occasions in close conversation. Con seems to be a man short on temper and long on ability to drink. You may want to casually mention that you heard Lotta talking to the Captain about some artwork. Something he has on his wall. She didn t seem very happy about it. This clue should be revealed to others. "- Round 1 Clue for Dianna (Di) Wrector You ve not met Irma before this journey, but you do remember seeing her you think, years ago, during the War. She was performing in a small West End show you were considering for your theatre. She was not a bad dancer but the show was terrible. You were taking the air this afternoon, at some point, and you definitely saw Crispin going in the door of the pool room. He looked over his shoulder several times before finally going in. Odd. This clue should be revealed to others. Host-Party.com Murder Mystery Games Page 6 of 10

Round 1 Clue for I Roger Seemein 1 You were in Berlin just after the war, working as an army translator. And you have to admit that though the hair is different, Irma looks very familiar to you. You are sure it s from that time that you remember her, but you can t remember in what context. You might want to mention that when you were in the captain s cabin earlier, you did notice how bare the walls were, you suspect a thief as well as a murderer. You also noticed footprints. Well, they looked a bit like footprints but you couldn t see where they lead. You are very upset by all this. After all it was the Captain who personally employed you. Been like a father to you. This clue should be revealed to others. Host-Party.com Murder Mystery Games Page 7 of 10

Character Information The information below will provide you with the basic information for each character. If you have assigned guests to the characters, these pages will include the guest name and login information. THESE PAGES MAY INCLUDE DETAILS RELATED TO SOLVING THE MYSTERY! You may want to avoid these pages if you intend to try to solve the mystery. This sample kit will only show the first two characters. Irma Slute (Outrageous Showgirl) played by Guest Name Description: You are a showgirl originally from the East End of London. You have worked your way up through the chorus and are now accepted as a performer in your own right. You are on your way to New York to advance your career as a torch-singer. Your agent has told you have a fabulous voice and a very promising career. You are loud, to the point of being a little outrageous -- it s the performer in you. Motive: Chorus girl and torch singer. Well, you are an entertainer you are particularly good at entertaining gentlemen. And let's be honest, you have forgotten a few birthdays. The new career move is more just a move really. Time to get out of Europe; things are getting a bit too warm for you there. Because of course the awful truth is that you made your money as a young woman not just from your pretty face but also by using it to spy for the Germans. And now a few people seem to have finally tracked your history down. You just hope the Captain hasn t looked too closely at the passport he has locked in his cabin...
