Attach the reload-beam to the reload-pivot using one screw (A). Make sure to align it as shown. 1.0 The parts should rotate freely. Adjust the screw until they do. 1.1 Insert the assembly from step 1.1 into the handle. Use 2 screws (C) Do not tighten the screws yet. See next step. 2.0
Leave room for the next part by adjusting the screws as shown. 3.0 Insert the hammer oriented as shown. Tighten the screws from step 3.0. Make sure the hammer rotates freely. 4.0 4.1
Assemble the trigger using two screws (A). Make sure the two bars are as parallel as possible (see arrows below). 5.0 5.1 Slide the trigger assembly under the reload beam and into position. Attach with two screws (B). 6.0 Do not tighten the screws yet. See next step. 6.1
Do not tighten the screws all the way in. Stop right before they protrude on the other side of the trigger assembly. See arrows. 6.2 Use the rubberband tool to attach a small rubber band from the handle to the trigger. Insert the tool from the bottom of the handle and attach the rubber band to it and pull down. Use picture 7.1 and 7.2 for reference on where the rubber band goes. 7.0 Route the rubberband around one side of the trigger as shown (7.1). Pull the rubberband all the way down and hook it onto the handle as shown (7.2). 7.1 7.2
Insert one small rubberband in the slot as shown. 8.0 Wrap a large rubberband around the hammer as shown. 9.0 If you want more snap to your launcher; double up and mount 2 rubber bands! 9.1
Bring the barrel down into the handle and secure with 4 screws (A). Make sure these 4 screws are tighten down right. 10.0 10.1 10.2
Wrap the large rubberband around the tip of the barrel as shown. 11.0 Now wrap the small rubberband around the tip of the barrel under the large rubberband. 12.0
Attach the reload trigger using 3 screws (A). Make sure all parts rotate freely. Also make sure the rubberbands are not pinched. 13.0 Mount the lower portion of the Ping Pong ball magazine to the barrel using 4 screws (A). 14.0
Attach 3 beams as shown using 6 screws (A). 15.0 15.1 Mount the upper portion of the Ping Pong ball magazine to the 3 beams using 6 screws (A). Note orientation of the bracket (label B ) needs to be facing forward along the barrel. 16.0 B Barrel
Attach the L beam to the upper Ping Pong ball magazine using 1 screw (A). Make sure it rotates freely. 17.0 Using 2 screws (A), attach the connector beam as shown. Note the orientation of the beam. Soft bend depicted by label B, hard bend depicted by label C. Make sure the screws do not pinch the parts. 18.0 C B
Wrap a small rubberband around the three features on the top of the Ping Pong ball magazine. This prevents the balls from falling out. 170 And you re done!
The launcher holds 4 Ping- Pong balls, 3 in the upright magazine and one ready to be launched. Load Ping-Pong balls here. Pull the front trigger (yellow) to reload the launcher. It will load the hammer as well as load the next Ping- Pong ball. Pulling the (red) trigger will launch the Ping-Pong ball.
