NOC for Utilizing EMPOWER s Plot for Construction of Temporary Site Facilities/ Land Usage Letter requesting EMPOWER s approval for its plot to be utilized temporarily by the applicant for constructing temporary site facilities and duration Undertaking letter. b. Required drawing (DLTM COORDINATES) i. Site Layout showing proposed works to be done on EMPOWER s plot. in AUTOCAD format 1. This NOC should be applied by the Project Contractor. 2. The purpose of this NOC is to obtain approval from EMPOWER if our plot is available to be used temporarily by the applicant. 4.
