Management: NVFL will be managed by a board comprised of three Directors Board of directors: The Memorandum & Articles of Association of the company provides for a minimum of 2 Directors and maximum of 12 Directors. The present Board of NVFL comprises of 3 Directors viz. Mr. Bharat D Revar, Mr. Yogesh S Dahiya and Mr. Haresh G Kacha. A brief background of the directors is as under: 1) Shri Yogesh S.Dahiya aged 41 years, having a diploma in fabrication technology, has 16 years of experience in setting up cold storage and chilling plant. After completion of diploma in fabrication technology, he worked with indo-techno frigo ltd. As manager (fabrication) and purchase executive for a period of 5 years. He then joined L & T as general manager (projects). In 1997 he started his own company. Shri Dahiya is the key person of NVFL (Group Company) and his job includes holding meeting with clients, understanding their requirement, selection of site, suggestion of right technology, preparation of engineering design, civil works etc. and then finally fabrication, installation and commissioning of the entire plants. Till now project he will take care of all the technical aspect of the company. 2) Shri Haresh G. Kacha aged 36 years, is B.E. mechanical. He also started his career with L & T and has experience of 12 years in mechanical engineering field. His main job is to supervise the fabrication of plant and machinery on the basis of detailed engineering chart given to him and to take care of dispatch schedule of the various clients in NVFL. In this project he will handle the marketing and administration part. 3) Shri Bharat D. Revar aged 34 years, is M.Com. BA, LLB. He has experience of 4 years in legal matters, had worked with M/s Vijay Vyas & Associates, a leading advocate firm in Rajkot. He then joined Ech-jay steel Ltd. as manager (Account & Legal) and worked there for 3 years. Thereafter, he joined NVFL as director. He will look after he accounts, Finance and Legal matters of the company. The promoters of the company shri Yogesh Dahiya, Shri Bharat D revar and Shri Haresh G Kacha are having a rich experience of 15 years in the related line of business.
