A few important pointers before you start: Please read the instructions right through before you start, and check that all the components have been included in the pack; we find separating all the hardware into piles makes it easier to be sure that everything is present and correct. Make sure you have the right tools. Allen keys are provided if required, but screw drivers and other tools are not. You ll find details of the tools you need at the beginning of the instructions. t s a good idea to build the unit in the room where you are going to be using it, to avoid the need to move it after it s been assembled. Do not throw away any packing materials until assembly is complete, just in case you accidentally discard smaller parts or hardware. Safety Warnings: Adult assembly required. Unassembled product contains small parts which may present a choking hazard. Children should be kept away from the product during assembly to avoid any possible risk of injury. Assemble and use on a flat and level surface. This product is heavy, we recommend that you build it where you are planning to use it. DO NOT use power tools in the assembly of this product as there is a risk of over-tightening and consequently splitting of the wood. To avoid possible injury from tipping, DO NOT allow children to climb on the product. Always use the wall straps provided. Wall fixings not included. STEP 3: Fit the left and right side panels D & E to the horizontal shelf using the wooden dowels (), cam dowels () and cam locks (). Secure in place by turning the cam locks clockwise. STEP 4: Fit 6x cam dowels () and 3x magnetic catches () with 6x screws () to the top panel G. STEP 5: Attach the top panels G to side panels and divider panels using wooden dowels and cam locks. Secure in place by turning the cam locks clockwise. STEP 6: Secure the legs to the base panel F using the bolts () and large dowels () ensuring the sloped sides of the legs face inwards. STEP 7: Attach the assembled base with 8x wooden dowels () and the long screws () ensuring the stepped edge faces upwards for the back panel. STEP 8: Attach the back panels H and anti tip straps (#7) using 17x screws (). NOTE: Once the unit is fully assembled and in position the straps should be attached to the wall using hardware that is suitable for the walls in your home (not provided). STEP 9: Attach the metal plate (2) to the back of the doors. Now fix the hinge to the bottom edge of each door with a single screw () ensuring you match the orientation of the hinge to the door. Once held in place on the bottom, secure the hinge with screws () to the back of the door. Repeat for all the doors. STEP 10: MPORTANT: Two people are needed to complete the next step safely. STEP 11: Place each door into the pivot cups and locate the corresponding hinge into the face above. Now fix the hinge to the top edge of each door with a single screw (). Repeat for all the doors. STEP 12: With the doors now held in place, secure the with screws () to the back of each door.
