1-800-765-5867 Assembly Instructions Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts, then go back and fully tighten all bolts, this will make it easier during assembly of unit. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed. 2. Pick up the Door Assembly (part A) and unfold the side panels and place the assembly with the doors down facing the floor. See detail #1. 3. Attach the Bottom Panel (part C) to the side panels of the Door Assembly, with a total of seven 1 1/4" Bolts (part M2) through the Large Washers (part N) through the wooden cleats of the Bottom Panel (part C) and then into the threaded inserts included at the bottom of the side panels; make sure that the label with the arrow on the panel points to the front and up, and the wooden cleats are outside of the unit. See detail # 1. 4. Insert two Wood Dowels (part P) at the bottom of the Left Divider Panel (part D) into the holes without threaded inserts; make sure that the arrow points down into the Door Assembly Frame See detail #2A. 5. Attach the Left Divider Panel (part D) into the Bottom Panel (part C) with two 1 Bolts (part M1) through the Large Flat Washers (part N) through the Bottom Panel (part C) into the threaded inserts located at the edge of the bottom of the Divider; make sure that the side with many holes goes toward the middle of the unit, and that the treaded inserts on the side of the dividers goes up. See detail #2. 6. Repeat last two steps with the Right Divide Panel (part DD) at the other side. See detail #2. Page # 4

Now attach the Back Panel (part E) to the Side Panels with four 5/8" Bolts (part M5) through the Small Washers (part N1) into the inserts included on the Side Panels; make sure that the Back sits completely inside the assembly. See detail #3. 8. Attach the Back Panel (part E) with four 1 1/4 Bolts (part M4) through the Small Washer (part N1) through the Back Panel into the divider panels. See detail #3. 9. You will need to attach the Bottom Panel (part C) to the Back Panel (part E) with three 1 1/4" Bolts (part M2) and Large Washers (part N). See detail #3. Note: If you are using the TV Console between the Piers skip steps 10, 11 & 30. Proceed to step 12. 10. Attach the Left Side Bottom Molding (part W3) to the bottom of the right side of the Door Assembly, with two 1" Bolts (part M1) through the Large Washer (part N) through the Side Panel into the threaded inserts of the Left Side Bottom Molding (part W3), as shown in detail #4. 11. Repeat last step to attach the Right Side Bottom Molding (part W2) to the other side. 12. Screw the Wood Support (part U) to the Bottom Panel (part C). See detail #4. Page # 5
Assembly Instructions 13. Stand the unit upright and open the doors. 14. Now attach the Top Panel (part B) to the Side Panels and Divider Panels with eight 1 1/4" Bolts (part M2) through the Large Washers (part N) into the inserts included on the Side Panels and Divider Panels; make sure that the label with the arrow points to the front and down towards the inside of the assembly. See detail #5. 15. Attach the Top Panel (part B) with two 1 1/4 Bolts (part M2) through the Large Washer (part N) through the wooden cleats on the top into the threaded inserts on the Back panel (part E). 16. Attach the frame to the Top with four 1/2" Bolts (part M) through the Large Washer (part N) through the holes in the front frame into the threaded inserts on the Top. See detail # 5A. Note: When screwing the bolts from the Top (part B) to the side panels, divider panels, back and frame, make sure that the Top Panel is completely flush and inside the assembly, you may required to apply pressure to the Top to make it flush. 17. Now attach one Magnet Catch (part T) with two 5/8 Screws (part L) to the inside of the frame of the Door Assembly (part A) between the side panel and the Left Divider Panel (part D), use the pilot holes in the frame as guide. 18. Repeat last step for the other side between the side panel and the Right Divider Panel (part DD) to attach a Magnet Catch (part T) to the frame. 19. Attach two Magnet Catches (part T) with two 5/8 Screws (part L) to the middle of the frame between the two Dividers Panels, this will be for the two middle doors, use the pilot holes on the frame for guide. Attach to the bottom of the middle doors the Roller Catch (part Q) with two 5/8 Screws (part L), use the pilot holes provided at the bottom of each door. See detail #6. 21. Now attach two Catch Metal Plates (part R) with four 5/8 Screws (part L) at the inside of the edge of the bottom frame of the unit. See detail #6. Note: All catches can be adjusted to ensure that the doors function properly. This can be done by moving the catches forward and back. When installing the catches do not fully tighten the screws until the doors function properly. Ones the doors function properly go back and tighten all the screws. 22. Install the Knobs with Bolt (part I) to the front of the Doors. See detail #6. 23. You can install in the middle doors Wood Panels (part H2) or Glass Panels (part H1) or Speaker Grill (part H), you can hold the panels in place with the Panel Clip (part S), screw eight Panel Clips per door, use the pilot holes on the doors. Assembly Instructions 24. Open the Right outside Door and insert eight Wood Dowels (part P) into the holes without threaded inserts in the Side and Divider panel. See detail #8. 25. Now attach two Right Side Slide Support (part J2) to the right side panel with four 1 1/4 Bolts (part M2) through the Large Washer (part N) through the holes of the Slide Support and then into the threaded inserts provided on the side; make sure that the label with the arrow and the plastic wheel on the slide points to the front. See detail #8. 26. Attach two Right Middle Slide Support (part J3) to the Right Divider Panel (part DD), with four 1 1/4 Bolts (part M2) through the Large Washer (part N) through the holes of the Slide Support and then into the threaded inserts provided on the divider panel; make sure that the label with the arrow and the plastic wheel on the slide points to the front. See detail # 8. 27. Repeat last three steps for the left outside door and Left Slide Supports. 28. Now insert the CD Trays (part K). 29. With the middle Doors open install the Wood Adjustable Shelf (part F) with the Shelf Pin (part O) at your desire height. Note: Please secure the Wood Shelf in place with the 5/8 Screws (part L) through the hole of the Shelf Pin (part O) this for extra support of the unit. 1-800-765-5867 Assembly Instructions Note: Remember to skip step #30 if you are using your TV Stand between both piers. 30. Install the Right and Left Side Top Moldings (parts W & W1) by sliding the molding into the metal bracket towards the front of the unit. See detail # 9. 31. Floor Levelers are provided at the bottom of the TV Stand. To adjust unit in case of tilting or Doors not being level, simply tilt the TV Stand back and raise or lower floor leveler by hand to correct tilting and/or level Doors. See detail # 9. TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE Note: We have included two Tipping Restraint Hardware bags for this TV Stand. When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the TV Stand due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. We strongly recommend mounting this hardware to a wall stud and your TV Stand. Please carefully read the instructions printed on the bag. 1-800-765-5867 BACK PANEL ASSEMBLY YOU CAN BUY OUR OXFORD HILL OAK SURROUND SOUND BIG SCREEN ENTERTAINMENT WALL (WHILE SUPPLIES LAST) AND COMBINE WITH THE TV STAND. WE PROVIDE A BOTTOM WALL BACK PANEL (PART G) TO HAVE A FULLY ENCLOSE BACK PANEL LOOK. REFER TO WALL UNIT ASSEMBLY FOR EXTRA REFERENCE. 32. Pick up the Bottom Wall Back Panel (part G) and unfold. 33. Now screw two Back Brackets (part V) with the 1/2" Bolt (part M) through the Large Washer (part N) through the Bracket into the threaded insert attach to the Bottom Wall Back Panel (part G). See detail # 10. 34. Now attach to the Top Wall Back Panel (include on the Wall Unit) with six 2 1/4" Bolts (part M3) and Small Washer (part N1), make sure both back panels are align before tightening all bolts. 1-800-765-5867 BACK PANEL ASSEMBLY 35. Now attach the Back Support (Include on Wall Unit) into the lower holes located at the back of the piers, with two 1 1/4" Bolts (Include on the Wall Unit). Place the Back Panel assembly on top of the Back Support (Include on the Wall Unit), make sure that the back panel slides into the support. Now attach the Back Panel Top Support (Include on the Wall Unit) to secure the Back Panel use four 1 1/4" Bolts and Washers (include in the Wall Unit). See detail # 12. A Touch-Up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur during assembly or shipping. Your assembly should now be complete. Thank you for your purchase.
