People Innovation BP Gulf of Mexico Tullow Oil Delivery based on our expertise and know-how Developing market-driven and cost-effective solutions IMR and light construction Hydrocarbon Sampling Skid Our skilled, experienced engineers, project managers, onshore and offshore construction and support staff are the key to ensuring safe and reliable delivery. Our technology is becoming ever more important in the costeffective development of new offshore oil and gas fields, increasing production and extending the life of existing infrastructure. Our people are the foundation of our business, and are key to the ongoing creation and delivery of technical solutions for our clients. Our technology investment includes Life of Field and Remote Intervention. Our technical experts work with our clients and suppliers to steer the direction of research and help develop industry-leading technologies. We own a substantial Intellectual Property portfolio with one of the largest and most recent groups of patents in both Life of Field and SURF markets. Our assets are managed, crewed and operated by some of the most experienced personnel in the industry. We are able to harness and leverage the many years of technical knowledge, practical experience and process refinement acquired and built up by our engineers, technical experts and project managers to ensure delivery of projects safely, on time and within budget. The ROV deployed Subsea Sampling Skid is an in-house designed and built tool to allow hydrocarbon, or gas samples, to be taken from live production wells with no environmental impact. Samples are used to model and institute the characteristics of produced well fluids in order to provide fluid composition, flow data for wells, reservoir management and fiscal allocation. Assets Local Presence and Local Partners Total North Sea Fairfield Energy A diverse fleet of vessels and strategically positioned global assets Building local business and embedding local capability IMR Frame Agreement Engineered Solutions Our fleet of vessels and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), combined with bases and yards in the primary offshore regions, allows us to deploy the scale and mix of resource that meets our clients requirements. The capability and versatility of our fleet give us a significant advantage and enable us to deploy vessels efficiently and effectively. Our fleet is further enhanced by having a high proportion of modern vessels, giving added reliability and minimising dry-dock requirements for upgrades and refurbishment. Our asset base also includes a fleet of over 175 ROVs. To support our global operations, we have invested in an infrastructure of strategically located pipeline spoolbases, fabrication and operational support yards. 6 Encompasses IMR and light construction activities for various BP assets in the US Gulf of Mexico. Principal activities include UWILD, flex joint cleaning and inspection, metrology, pipeline inspection, riser and umbilical inspections, span and hydrate remediation, full subsea inspection, pre-commissioning operations, jumper installations and drill rig support. The project is supported by the Siem Stingray and the Grant Candies. We have an established local presence in all the major offshore energy regions worldwide. Building a strong local infrastructure gives us the flexibility to respond to local opportunities, and enhances our overall position as an effective global partner. Having an embedded local presence allows us to build strong partnerships, and ensures that from an early stage of a project we are fully aligned with the strategic and commercial drivers of our clients. We establish local operational facilities and offices, and invest in strategically-located vessels, spoolbases, fabrication yards and logistics bases. These are largely resourced by local workforces, working on a long-term basis with local suppliers to the benefit of the communities in which they are located. In partnership with Total, this inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) suite of services requires both Diving Support Vessel (DSV) and Remotely Operated Vehicle Support Vessel (ROVSV) capabilities for Total s Northern and Central North Sea infrastructure. The service scope includes air/saturation diving services; ROV inspection services (platform and vessel based); survey services; light construction services, project management, engineering and asset integrity and production continuity services on the Pipeline Bundle development at Jura. IMR support for Fairfield Energy s Dunlin field that included the design, build, testing and subsequent successful deployment of the Splashzone Inspection Repair Tool. The tool is a split, remotely operated walker, designed to deploy a range of payloads in and around the splash zones of offshore installations. Offering flexible payload alignment and obstruction-clearance capabilities, it can support a wide range of tasks including, installation of clamps, bolting, anode replacement, cleaning, inspection and preparation tasks. 7
