Meet the Professionals The Royal Palm Group is a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals who provide comprehensive wealth management services. Our focus is to create and maintain customized strategies that exceed our clients expectations for wealth accumulation and preservation. Our well defined investment philosophy and close work with our clients legal and tax advisors has enabled us to build highly valued long term relationships. We take very seriously the responsibility our clients have placed in us, and we take pride in our ability to help provide sound professional advice and impeccable service. Peter Sherwin Senior Portfolio Manager First Vice President Wealth Advisor Peter began his career in the financial services industry with Morgan Stanley* in 1993. Prior to 1993, Peter worked in accounting which has proved beneficial in his current areas of focus which include retirement planning, wealth preservation and business succession. He has his FINRA Series 7, 31, 65 and 66 licenses as well as Life and Health Insurance license and Long Term Care licenses. Peter received his Bachelors of Science degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. Originally from Clear Lake, Iowa, Peter and his wife and son have called the Lee County area home since 1979. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and boating. Peter is a member of Cape Christian Fellowship Church and is active at Cypress Lake Country Club. 4 MORGAN STANLEY

Aaron White, CFP, CMFC Senior Portfolio Manager Vice President Financial Advisor Aaron is a Financial Advisor and has achieved and maintains his CER- TIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER certification and CHARTERED MUTUAL FUND COUNSELOR designation in addition to his Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, along with his Florida Life Insurance and Variable Licenses. He is a graduate of the Warrington College of Business Administration at The University of Florida. He and his wife, Amber, are native Floridians and have two children. They are active in local civic and church activities. As a Senior Portfolio Manager for the group and a CFP professional Aaron s role on the team includes: Portfolio Management on a discretionary basis, Financial Planning, Investment Implementation and Performance Monitoring. Jason Duke, CFP Senior Portfolio Manager First Vice President Financial Advisor Jason began working with Morgan Stanley in 2003 and is dedicated to building long-term relationships by putting his clients and their financial goals first. He focuses in the areas of Estate Planning,and Portfolio Management, and has his Series 7, 31, 66 and Florida Life, Health and Variable Annuities licenses. Jason has also achieved and maintains the certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM. Jason received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Samford University. A Florida native, Jason has lived in Fort Myers since 2001. He enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with his wife, Ellen, and son Miles. Jason is involved with the American Red Cross, local political organizations, and Summit Church. Joseph Rakowski Portfolio Management Director First Vice President Financial Advisor Joe has been in the investment field since 1977 and the securities industry since 1985. He is a First Vice President and holds the title of Portfolio Management Director. Joe maintains the ongoing requirements for his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, along with his Florida Life and Variable Insurance License. Joe is a graduate of the University of Maine with a focus on Engineering and Business. He and his wife Katherine have resided in Fort Myers since 1979. They have 4 children and 2 grandchildren and are actively involved in church and community activities. As a Portfolio Management Director for the group, his main advisory roles include investment strategy, asset allocation reviews and portfolio management. THE ROYAL PALM GROUP 5

Richard Berlick Senior Portfolio Manager Senior Vice President Wealth Advisor Richard began his career at Paine Webber, and joined the firm in 1989 as Financial Advisor. Richard concentrates in the area of Portfolio Management including equities, fixed income, and estate planning. He has his FINRA Series 7, 31, 63, and 65 licenses as well as Life, Health and Annuity insurance licenses. Richard graduated from Valparaiso University and went on to obtain his Masters degree at Miami University. A native of Elkhart, Indiana, Richard has lived in the Fort Myers area since 1980. Together with his wife, Kathleen, they have three children. Away from the office, he enjoys boating, fishing, gardening and sports of all kinds. Richard is a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church. Leonard Katz Portfolio Management Associate Assistant Vice President Lenny Katz is a Portfolio Management Associate and holds the title of Assistant Vice President. He has been in the financial services industry since 1985 holding positions as Branch Manager for Nationsbank and City Manager for Suntrust. He maintains his Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, along with his Florida Life and Variable Licenses since 1998. Lenny is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance. He is very involved in community and church activities and currently serves on the board of nonprofit agencies, Boys & Girls Club of Southwest Florida, and Lee Cancer Care. He and his wife, Angela, are native Floridians and have 3 children. Amanda Pflanz Senior Registered Associate Financial Planning Specialist Amanda Pflanz, is a Senior Registered Associate, and has obtained the Financial Planning Specialist designation as well. She has been in the financial services industry since 1998, beginning her career as an Analyst providing investment research at Morningstar, Inc., in Chicago, IL for over 6 years. After moving to Florida, she obtained and currently holds her Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. She is a graduate of Saint Mary s College, Notre Dame with a degree in Finance and International Business. She and her husband Gregg reside in Fort Myers with their two children. Away from the office they are very active in the outdoors, enjoying fishing and boating. 6 MORGAN STANLEY

Dawn Estes Senior Registered Associate Born in Mineola, NY, and raised on Florida s east coast in Lake Worth, Dawn started in 1979 with Icahn & Co during high school. With a love of the industry she then joined what was Shearson Loeb Rhodes and stayed with the same firm during the many years of changes that would now be Morgan Stanley. During her career with Morgan Stanley, she was Vice President and Operations Manager until March of 2010, when she took a brief hiatus. Now working with the Royal Palm Group at Morgan Stanley as a Senior Registered Associate, she has her Series 7, 8, and 63 securities licenses. She married and has 1 daughter, Heather. She is active with local soccer club Lee County Strikers. Her hobbies include spending time with husband and daughter. She also enjoys exercise, running in 5K races, spending time on boat and fishing Carly Rainero Senior Registered Associate Carly began her career in the investment advisory business in 2006 as a Regional Director with a small independent advisory firm in Clearwater, FL. She was also a marketing director and a representative for several large medical and information technology corporations. Carly earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Florida State University. She maintains her FINRA Series 7, 65 and 63 licenses. Carly is an active member of the Junior League of Fort Myers, formerly serving on the Board of Directors. She is also an alumna of Gamma Phi Beta and attends Pine Island United Methodist Church. Carly and her husband, Guido, have two daughters, Georgia and Reese, and a miniature schnauzer, Miss Dixie. They enjoy fishing, hunting, live music and FSU sports. Nicole Majoras Client Service Associate Nicole began her career with Morgan Stanley in May 2008 and is currently studying to obtain her Series 7 license. She provides Administrative Assistance to The Royal Palm Group as well as the Branch Manager. Nicole is a Fort Myers native and enjoys spending time at the beach, travel and staying active.
