Meet the Professionals Sergio R. D'Oliveira Senior Portfolio Manager First Vice President Financial Advisor The D'Oliveira-Frick-Dutra Group A professional in the financial services industry since 1984, Sergio began his career with Merrill Lynch prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2010. His professional credentials as a Senior Portfolio Manager and First Vice President help him navigate his clients through all phases of their financial lives. Sergio grew up in São Paulo Brazil and received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Escola de Administracao de Empresas de São Paulo. Sergio has resided in the Daphne area since 1993, but has lived in the United States since 1978. He has also been a member of the Fairhope Rotary Club for over 20 years. In his spare time, Sergio enjoys reading, listening to music and coaching soccer. He also loves spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. 4 MORGAN STANLEY SMITH BARNEY

Tod E. Frick, CIMA, CFP Senior Portfolio Manager First Vice President Financial Advisor An experienced Financial Advisor since 1992, Tod began his career with Merrill Lynch prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2010. He currently holds the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst SM (CIMA ) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP ). Tod also attended Columbia University in New York to receive the designation of Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM ). Tod grew up in Baton Rouge, LA and attended Louisiana State University where he received his degree in Finance. He s lived in the Fairhope area for over 20 years where he feels a special commitment to the community. When out of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, children, Mills and Emery, and their three dogs. Leonardo Dutra Financial Advisor An investment professional in the financial services industry since 2000, Leo started his career with Merrill Lynch in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2010. Leo has an excellent grasp of international financial markets due to his studies in Brazil and the different economies in which he has worked. Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Leo attended the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro where he received his BA in Economics. He currently resides in Fairhope, AL with his wife, Dana, and wonderful stepson, Taylor. While out of the office, Leonardo enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends. Francisco D'Oliveira, CRPC Financial Advisor An experienced Financial Advisor since 2001, Fran began his career in the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch. In 2010, Fran joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to take advantage of the breadth of resources available within the firm. He currently holds the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM (CRPC ). Fran grew up in Mobile, AL and graduated from The University of Georgia with a Bachelor s Degree in Banking and Finance. Amanda D'Oliveira Senior Registered Associate An experienced professional in the financial services industry since 2004, Amanda began her career in brokerage operations for Colonial Brokerage. She then worked for Merrill Lynch as a Registered Client Associate and later became an Assistant Branch Manager at Regions Bank. In 2009, Amanda joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Senior Registered Associate. She currently holds her Series 7, 66, 31, 10 along with her life and health insurance licenses. Amanda grew up in Baldwin County, AL and graduated from Troy University where she received her Bachelor s Degree in Banking and Finance. She resides in Daphne, AL with fellow team member and husband Fran. Amy Baughman Registered Client Service Associate An experienced professional in the financial services industry since 2005, Amy began her career with Florida State University Credit Union prior to joining Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2010. She is currently a Registered Client Associate and holds her Series 7 and 66 licenses. Amy grew up in Mobile, Alabama and graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor s Degree in Finance. Amy has lived in the Daphne area since 2008, where she stays active in the community volunteering with Family Promise and Angels Over the Children.
