4 >23/290 (T) PORT OF ZEEBRUGGE - CURRENT MEASUREMENTS By order of the 'Vlaamse Hydrografie', a first series of current measurements is carried out on the following days: 8-9, 11-12 and 15-16 November, each time from 7 am to 8 pm. The measurements are carried out both in the navigation channel and on its edges in the following operational areas: - Pas van het Zand - New moles - Outport Zeebrugge Central Part New Outer Port Albert II dock Manoeuvring point 1 Entrance of new sea lock 3 vessels are deployed simultaneously, with names 'Beasac VI', 'EB2' and 'Walrus'. These vessels carry the regulatory signs and daymarks, and each listens on VHF channel 71. _(Belg. charts: D11, 101 (INT 1474) and 104/11) _(Source: MBZ notice BS-64 dated 05/11/2010) >23/291 (T) LOWER SEA SCHELDT - PORT OF ANTWERP - VAN CAUWELAERT LOCK - RENOVATION WORKS BaZ 2009-26/268 (T) is cancelled. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the renovation works on the Van Cauwelaerts lock will last longer than planned. It is expected that it will be cleared in week 50. 6 The area for pleasure crafts and inland waterway shipping is blocked during these works. During the first couple of days, traffic will be controlled by a patrol vessel. The works are carried out during 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The works will last 4 to 5 weeks. This buoy has a light character Fl(5)Y.20s, and covers a wave gauge buoy. > 07/348 APPROACH WESTERN SCHELDT - WIELINGEN Temporarily established: yellow light buoy with character Fl(5)Y.20s in position 51 23,61 N - 3 11,57 E. This buoy covers a hydrographical instrument. > 08/202 APPROACH WESTERN SCHELDT - WIELINGENPAS A yellow special marking buoy Fl.Y.5s. was established in position 51 23,28 N - 3 11,36 E. > 08/311 DYCK ROUTE East cardinal light buoy in position 51 13,29 N - 2 32,13 E, covering an area for experimental fishery, is unlit. >08/319 DYCK ROUTE The north cardinal light buoy in position 51 17,10 N - 2 32,60 E, covering an area for experimental fishery, is unlit. > 09/076 ZEEBRUGGE HARBOUR A yellow wave gauge buoy with character FL(5)Y.20S is established in position 51 21,34 N - 3 11,57 E. > 09/113 COASTAL ROUTE - FLEMISH BANKS ROUTE A measuring instrument was temporarily established in position 51 17,15 N - 2 26,41 E, covered by a blind yellow buoy. > 09/116 APPROACH BLANKENBERGE A yellow light buoy Fl.Y.5s is temporarily established in position 51 19,62 N - 3 06,44 E.
