CLASS # 15 ACE DIAMOND BLADES These blades are manufactured exclusively for Ace Industrial Supply and are available in a wide variety of applications under our own Ace Viper and Eagle Cut brands. They are made to our exact specifications and are not available online or in stores. To ensure customer receives the correct blade for his application, refer to all specs, diameter and arbor sizes as listed below. Also important to remember is that dry blades can be used with or without water to cool them, however, a wet cutting blade cannot be used dry. It must be water cooled to prevent damage and prolong the life of the blade. When reading dimensions, the first measurement is the diameter of the blade, followed by bare arbor size and bushing size. Example: 4 x 7/8-5/8 = 4 blade with a 7/8 bare arbor hole and bushing for 5/8. This means blade will fit 4 saws or grinders with a 5/8 arbor with bushing inserted or 7/8 arbors with bushing removed. They are wet or dry cutting blades with a thickness of.125 and available in 14 and 12. Both sizes feature a 1 arbor with a knockout bushing for 20mm saws like Stihl. These blades were tested against MK Diamond Vector Blades and Laser Blades with these findings; Our sintered blade, (Eagle Cut) lasted 3.5% longer than MK and our Laser Blade, (Ace Viper), cut 11% faster and lasted 232% longer than MK. Our Eagle Cut blades outperformed even MK s Laser Blades while our Ace Viper Laser blades outperformed and outlasted both the MK sintered and MK laser weld blades.
