North America, where major industry players such as Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony continue to dominate In addition, they hope to bolster competitiveness against the iphone, the rising adoption of which has slowed down sales of electronic handheld games Meanwhile, companies will continue to strengthen business in traditional key markets and emerging ones, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East,
