John Walker III Financial Planning Specialist Senior Vice President Branch Manager Johnny enjoys golf, hunting and relaxing at his farm in Marshallville where he grew up as a child. Johnny has been with Morgan Stanley for all of his 32 years in the business. He graduated from Emory University and received his MBA from Georgia College. With Morgan Stanley, Johnny's greatest satisfaction is from helping clients plan for and realize their financial objectives whether that be retirement, philanthropy, education or a legacy to their children and grandchildren. This is best achieved by getting to know the client and by working closely wtih their CPA and attorney. He is most proud of the fact that he has worked with multiple generations of many of his clients. In addition to his honest hard work on behalf of his clients, Johnny believes in giving back to his community. He is currently a Commissioner on the Macon Housing Authority, a Trustee for the Methodist Home for Children and Youth and a Trustee of the Elam Alexander Trust. John C Walker IV Investment Management Consultant Second Vice President Financial Advisor With over 11 years in financial services, John has gained valuable experience during one of the most difficult decades for the market and economy. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2002 and has received valuable insight working with his father who has been in the industry for over 32 years. John is committed to working with his clients and their families by preparing financial plans focusing on comprehensive wealth management. These plans include investment, estate, retirement, insurance, lending and educational planning. John attended Clemson University on a golf scholarship where he was a four year letterman receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. After playing professional golf for three years he regained his amateur status and still loves playing competitive golf today. He is on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters and Macon Area Habitat For Humanity; additionally, John is very active with Forest Hills United Methodist Church. Sam Pearson Vice President Financial Advisor Born and raised in Fort Valley, Georgia, Sam learned many valuable lessons while working in the fields, orchards and packing facilities of his family s 3rd generation farm. After graduating from the Westfield Schools in Perry, he received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia where he majored in Agricultural Economics. As he nears his 20th year in the financial services industry, Sam uses his past banking experience and years of guiding clients through periods of difficult economic conditions as lessons to help him create valuable solutions for his current clientele. He has experience working with individuals and families as well as endowments, small businesses and larger companies. In 2005, Governor Sonny Perdue appointed Sam as Trustee of the Public School Employees Retirement System of Georgia a position he still holds today. Sam is a member of the Macon Civic Club as well as Idle Hour Golf & Country Club, recently serving as Vice President and Treasurer. Sam also serves on the Finance Committee at Highland Hills Baptist Church where he and his family are members. Sam and his wife, Molly, live in Macon with their children, Cassidy and Clay. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys his time outdoors fishing, hunting, golfing and volunteering many hours to youth sports. THE WALKER PEARSON GROUP 7
Sandy Snow Client Service Associate Sandy has over 15 years of dedicated service at Morgan Stanley. Her role as client service associate is to help facilitate the team s administrative needs as well as assist clients in numerous areas. Her experience, knowledge and personality is a tremendous asset to The Walker- Pearson Group. Sandy lives in Warner Robins with her husband Mike and daughter Katelyn. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting them in their many endeavors. She also enjoys gardening and is an avid weekend gardner. 8 MORGAN STANLEY
