The Flexline connector is a universal connector for LDF, LCF, and annular type cable. 123eFit Flexline connectors integrate a self flaring flange and retention collate. This design utilizes fewer separate components; thus decreasing the number of moving parts. Fewer moving parts means better PIM performance and fewer parts to lose. 123eFit Super Flexline connectors are a two-piece screw on style connector for FSJ, SCF, and Super Flexline cable. These connectors require no special tooling other than two wrenches and an automated stripping head. ( 29 )

1/2 123eFIT Flexible Installation Procedure Review the instructions carefully prior to assembly. Make sure that the area for assembly is clean and free from any type of debris. Dust or grease will effect the overall performance of the assembly. It is recommended that the installer wear safety glasses and gloves. 1. Strip the cable; a proper strip will result in the corrugation being stripped to the middle of the crest. Refer to (Fig 4) and/or (Fig 5) for a proper strip. 4. Add grease to the connector clamp O-ring (Fig 7). 2. Install O-rings to the cable and lubricate with grease (Fig 6). 6. Hold the main body still with the 22MM wrench. Using a 19MM wrench screw clockwise the connector clamp into the main body of the connector (Fig 10). 5. Install the main body of the connector (Fig 9). 3. Install the connector clamp to the cable; the collate (inside the connector clamp) should lock into place on the first corrugation. If you can easily pull it off, the strip is bad. If the cable is not flush with the collate the 7. Tighten the assembly to 20-M (tight snug fit) do not over tighten. strip is bad (Fig 7).
