Do not assemble while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating tools may result in serious personal injury. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Contain long hair, loose clothing, and jewelry when working with tools. Use safety equipment. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves when assembling. Dust mask, nonskid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection must be used for appropriate conditions. 8. Do not exceed the weight capacity of the shelves and drawer of the Workbench or the overall weight capacity of this item. Overloading could cause the workbench to tip and cause bodily injury. Assembly Instructions Note: For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, refer to the Assembly Diagram near the end of this manual. 1. Begin by arranging and organizing all the parts on a smooth surface on the floor. Be sure all the parts on page 8 are accounted for. If any parts are missing, contact Harbor Freight Tools at the phone number on the cover of this manual. Rear Post Extension (3) Rear Left Post (1) Figure 1 2. 3. 4. Attach the Rear Left Post (1) to the Rear Post Extension Left (3). See Figure 1. Attach the Rear Right Post (2) to the Rear Post Extension Right (4), fastening the two side holes. Place the two Rear Posts on the floor with the sides having 10 holes facing down. Page 3

Fasten to top hole only on the Top Shelf-Rear Beam (5). The bottom hole will be used when the Peg Board (B) is attached. See Figure 4. Repeat, connecting the Center Beam (7) to the middle and the Bottom Beam (8) to the Legs. See Figure 4. Attach Side Beams (11) and the Center Beam (7) to the inside of the Front Left Post (14). See Figure 6. Repeat steps using the Front Right Post (15), attaching the Side Beams (11) and the Center Beam (7) to the inside of the Front Right Post (15). See Figure 6. Place the Black PVC Feet (G) on each leg. Peg Board and Top Shelf Assembly 1. In the bottom holes of the Top Shelf Rear Beam (5), attach the Peg Board (B). Use the longer Bolts (H), with the Washers (I) and Nuts (J). Use this hardware throughout the assembly of the Peg Board. Figure 7 Attach the Peg Board (B) at the other eight connection points, use Bolts (H). See Figure 7. Attach the two Top Shelf Side Beams (9 & 10) to the rear legs. Attach the Top Front Shelf Beam (6) to the Top Shelf Beams. Assembly is almost complete. Drop the Top Shelf board (C) into the Top Shelf area. Drop the Work Top board (D) onto the top of the Workbench. Drop the Bottom Shelf (F) onto the bottom of the work bench. Hook the Hooks (A) into the Peg Board and hang your tools up for easy access. Figure 8 Attach the Front Drawer Panel (16) to the Side Drawer Panels (18 & 19) and the Side Panels to the Rear Drawer Panel (17). Tighten the Bolts (K), Washers (I), and Nuts (J). Drop the Drawer Bottom (E) into the frame of the Drawer assembly. Loosen all bolts on the workbench slightly. Slide in the drawer. Be sure everything is square, then tighten up the bolts all over the Workbench and check again to see that the drawer moves smoothly. Page 7
Latch Latch 5. 6. Figure 9 The drawers have a latch on each side. To remove the drawer, push the black latch down on the right and up on the left side of the drawer. See Figure 9. It is recommended that everything be removed before removing the drawer. Note: Follow all warnings before use. INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING 1. 2. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of this product. Check for loose bolts, misalignment or broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation.
