AssAssin s Creed iii GAme Guide the Beginning Hide in the bushes and sneak around to the door with the two people standing there. You re now required to do a tutorial/training course. The training course will require you to follow the green points, You need to run towards them whilst holding down the free run button. That way Desmond will automatically pass all the obstacles in his path. Climb (Optional Objective) Perform an Air Assassination To air assassinate head to the end of the beam and the enemie below will become highlighted, when this happens press the attack button and you will assassinate the enemy below. Kill the next enemie in the same way using the beam above him. Continue onward, hold the free run button and Desmond will automatically pass all the obstacles. Desmond may hesitate to jump if this is the case continue to hold the free-run button and press the jump button in order to make Desmond jump forward. Continue forward until you reach the end of the obstacles. Once you ve reached the end of the obstacles you will change into Haytham. Walk toward the door at the end of the path. Once you ve reached the door interact with it to begin Haythams first mission. 3

SequenCe 1 - DeaDly performance After you enter the door move forward until the opera employee blocks your way, then turn left into the row of seats and continue moving left until you find the empty seat. You will need to activate eagle sense in order to find your target. The target is in the top corner to the right of the screen he will be highlighted in gold. Once you regain control of your character continue left, you will find a ladder which will grant you access to the balconies above. You need to sneak between the balconies and head toward the green marker. Once you ve climbed the blaconies you will reach a door, interact with the door to begin picking the lock The instructions on how to pick locks will appear on the screen On the other side of the door you will see some scenery for the opera, jump onto it and climb to the left You will reach a ladder. Climb it From there continue to climb the scenery and continue heading left You will come to a door. Behind the door you will find your target. You will be prompted to press the attack button. Once you ve assassinated your target head toward the entrance of the opera house through the crowds. 4

AssAssin s Creed iii GAme Guide SequenCe 1 - Journey to the new world After you regain control of your character head up onto the deck and speak with the highlighted men After interacting with the men, one of the crew members will attack you Optional Objective - Limit health loss 10% After performing three parrys attack the enemie with the attack button In the second fight you will be taught how to counter. Press the parry button just before the attack hits you and everything will go into slow motion you can then counter the attack by pressing the attack button After getting beaten up a second time, the crew member will pull out a knife. Here you will learn how to disarm. Press the parry button just before the attack hits you, but instead of countering with the attack button you re going to press the jump button in order to disarm him. After a short conversation with the captain you can head back down below deck, where you can play a logic game. (these are marked on the map with dices) The rules will be explained in detail before the game begins As the next day dawns you can move around freely below deck where you are given the option to speak to different crew members. Once you ve spoken to them all you are able to speak to either the doctor or the chef. It makes no difference which one you 5

speak to. After speaking to them head to a man named James. Afterwards head above deck and check out the green marker, then return below deck. Once below deck you will need to use eagle sense and examine the highlighted barrel to the right You wont be able to progress any further as to who is throwing cargo off he ship until the next day, so head back to your cabin and get some sleep. The ship will end up getting attacked and you will be locked below deck. You will have to fight the crew member. The quickest way to end this fight is to throw him into the barrels as he attacks you. You can do this by pressing the parry button as he attacks and when it enters slow motion press the parry button again. This only works if you re infront of a barell. You will be required to secure the riggings. You will need to run to each highlighted rigging and press the interact button in order to secure them. The last bit to secure can be found on one of the masts. Climb up to the mast and press the interact button to drop the sail. Optional Objective - Rescue James in under 40 seconds After the storm has ended, you will speak to the captain. He will send you to the top of the mast where you will be able to see land. The title will show up on screen and the sequence will end. 6

AssAssin s Creed iii GAme Guide SequenCe 2 - welcome to BoSton After getting off the ship follow your companion. He will eventually leave you on your own, you need to head to the green marker this can be found easily if you open up the map You will meet Benjamin Franklin along the way to the marker. He will give you a collectable side mission in which you are to collect lost pages. I recommend going back to find the pages once you ve finished the story. For now head to the general store and purchase a sword and a pistol. Stores can be found on your map, they are the pound symbols. Once you have purchased what you need continue onto the marker and interact with the door. 7
