Norwegian rig owners have renewed their fleet Able to operate in harsh and deep waters Norwegian rig owners have invested heavily in the renewal of their fleets Seadrill, Odfjell Drilling, Ocean Rig and Sevan Drilling have ordered more than 70 new rigs since the turn of the Century State of the art 6th generation ultra deepwater drilling units capable for worldwide operations in all environmental conditions Most of the new rigs have been ordered from yards in South Korea, Singapore and China with use of advanced Norwegian drilling technologies and other equipment.
