SNAP GAUGES Two versions are available: ELECTRON and AIR, respectively using electronic and pneumatic technology. Both versions can be provided with 1 to 3 measuring sections for inspecting: Diameters ranging from 20 to 107,5 mm, Ovality, Barrel-shape, Taper. PLUG GAUGE AND RING GAUGE Marposs plain gauges and master can be manufactured according to the customer s drawing and specification. The drawing must report all the necessary dimensions and tolerances. In case the customer has no complete drawings, Marposs can provide the design of gauges and masters. The relevant calibration certificate can be provided for the gauges and masters. INPROCESS CONTROL AND GAUGES FOR GRINDING PROCESS Marposs offer in-process gauges for grinding machine. The part is automatically measured during the grinding process. Stock removal speed and spark-out time are optimized according to the actual stock remaining. The signal from Marposs gauge will be transmitted to the grinding machine controller to control the grinding wheel movement to be precisely stopped after the desired dimension is reached. This will ensure accuracy and stability of the grinding result dimension, the wear off grinding wheel is automatically compensated.
