The cst f all f the abve spnsrship pprtunities will be reviewed annually and circulated t SAAMA members. Spnsrships will be renewed annually n the 1 st f July and be valid fr 12 mnths. Spnsrs wh sign up during the curse f a financial year will pay a pr rata prtin f the applicable fees. The SAAMA cuncil will cnsider prpsals fr cntributins in kind n the fllwing basis: The cntributins must supprt the cnstitutin f SAAMA. The prpsals must be supprted by detailed budgets t be evaluated by the SAAMA cuncil. The budgets will be used t determine the spnsrship categry applicable. A majrity vte f Cuncil will be required fr the apprval f any individual prpsal. The latest schedule f csts and benefits are included in Appendix A f this plicy. 4
