Each mill is crafted from a single piece of genuine wood, enhancing the grain and natural beauty of the wood itself. Another unique aspect of this collection, adjusting the grind of the ceramic mechanism is done at the base of the mill with a simple rotation of the adjustment ring. Italian Olive Wood There are variations in the color and grain within the wood, each highlighting a combination of brown streaks beautifully complemented by the lighter yellow streaks of sapwood. No C.O.D. s. First order is required to be prepaid. VISA and MASTERCARD accepted, with a 3% service charge. Electronic payment, or direct deposit, as arranged with Credit Dept. $300 net first order - $150 net re-order. Orders below the minimum will NOT be shipped. Backorders below $150 will automatically be cancelled and must be re-written. Backorders exceeding $150 will be shipped with free freight as soon as the merchandise is received by Swissmar, unless you are notified otherwise. A Return Authorization number is required for any return made to Swissmar. Unauthorized returns will be refused at our dock and freight charges will remain the responsibility of the account shipping the merchandise. Swissmar will determine if credit is due only after inspecting the returned merchandise. All returns are to be sent to the warehouse address below. A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all returns accepted for credit where Swissmar Inc. is not at fault. All claims for DAMAGES, OVERAGES, SHORTAGES, or DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Original shipping cartons must be retained for any claim. All DAMAGES and SHORTAGES must be filed with carrier within 5 days as well. Swissmar reserves the right not to ship new orders until all past due invoices are paid.
