WHO z WHO? John gourlay (DAVE) John has been involved in Bands since being in School. The most notable band he was in to date was Doozer who where together for 10 years. He is a massive Foo Fighters fan and saw the opportunity to join Food Fighterz in August 2014 as a great chance to hopefully emulate (as much as possible) the Mighty Dave Grohl. PHIL HUGHES (TAYLOR) Phil was inspired to start a Foo Fighters tribute band after taking his two sons to see their incredible show at Milton Keynes in 2011. Luckily, Rick was having the same idea so they so they answered each others adverts and formed the Food Fighterz. Like Taylor, Phil does all the backing vocals to give a really authentic feel to the band. MARK SWAIN (CHRIS) Mark has a serious passion for the guitar and has been playing for a good number of years. He's been in several bands throughout his guitar playing life performing and writing original material. He is a hardcore Foo Fighters nut and strives to be the best Chris Shiflett possible. RICK EGLINTON (NATE) Rick has played bass since his teens and was in several self destructive punk bands before being distracted by sport and girls! Having lived overseas for many years he was inspired to pick up the bass again by a friend of his, awesome heavy metal bassist Rex Brown of Pantera & Down. He made a decision having been a long time Foo Fighters fan to create the best Foo s tribute around. Phil had the same idea and the band took off! Ben Adams (Pat) Ben has been playing music since he was 16. and he s gone from drummer to the front of stage via bass and rhythm guitar. Ben is no stranger to the Food Fighters he s been Ricks deputy on Bass for the past few years, but he officially became the 5th member, Pat Smear, in August 2014.
