After reviewing the original COA application and the proposed porch design I cannot definitively say that the proposal meets the conditions. The item is being placed on the April 6 COA Committee agenda under Other Business as an Administrative Review of Conditions for commission review. I will send the agenda once it is prepared likely Monday. Additional details and clarification regarding the proposed porch design are also needed: Which bracket is proposed? The detailed drawing and the full front porch drawing are not the same. Which column top treatment is proposed? The detailed drawing and the full front porch drawing are not the same. Please provide a section drawing of the proposed handrail. Are full posts or pilasters proposed where the porch meets the house? Please let me know if you have any questions. We did use the overall style of the original architect, based on Matthew Brown's research, but also simplified it (to make it less fancy as requested by the committee) and did not replicate any single porch. Let me know if you need anything else for your review. Thank you, 1
