DECISION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE NO. 05/DJPLN/KP/III/2002 DATED MARCH 7, 2002 ON CERTAIN IMPORTED GOODS OBLIGED TO HAVE SPECIAL IMPORTER IDENTITY NUMBER (NPIK) THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE Considering : that Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 141/MPP/Kep/3/2002 dated March 6, 2002 on Special Importer Identity Number (NPIK) has been stipulated. In view of : Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 141/MPP/Kep/3/2002 dated March 6, 2002 on Special Importer Identity Number (NPIK). To stipulate : DECIDES : FIRSTLY : To stipulate certain imported goods obliged to have Special Importer Identity Number (NPIK), as contained in the attachment to this decision. SECONDLY : Any change in the stipulation of kinds of the goods as meant in FIRST Dictum shall be set forth by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
