More complete instructions, plus a link to video instructions are listed below. If you do not have a computer and need the instructions, please contact me and I ll mail them to you. 1. Cut the largest square you can with your fat quarters right sides together. (or smaller if you want a smaller bag.) 2. Put the right sides together and sew around the edges using a scant 1/4 inch seam allowance, leaving an opening on one side for turning fabric. Trin the corners. 3. Turn the pouch right side out and top stitch around the edge with a 1/8 allowance, This will close the gap you left for turning. 4. Measure in 3 inches in from each corner and mark with a pin. Fold the corner in and iron. Stitch 3/8 inch from the folded edge to form the casing for the ribbon. This makes the leaves. 5. Insert the ribbon or cording through all four casings Thread narrow-ish ribbon through the bag casing. Knot or finish as desired. Then starting at the opposite opening, thread another ribbon, knot or finish. Pull the knots to close the bag.
