CRABAPPLE TREE---S-1245 There was an amazing Crabapple Tree in the front of our house in Maryland. Each season of the year brought something beautiful from that tree; spring blossoms, summer greens, autumn's yellow leaves and then winter's red berries in abundance. The birds loved the tree as a home for their nest and the fruit of the berries during winter. This 10- page chart includes 4 BONUS CHARTS and la lot of BE CREATIVE! ideas. DESIGN SIZE: 187 x 187 stitches FABRIC: Picture This Plus--32ct. Belfast linen, Rosewood NOTE: This PICTURE THIS PLUS fabric is sold as a "fat quarter". You will have some fabric left at the bottom. There is enough to stitch the LITTLE BIRDY'S BELLPULL on page 8. PAST & PRESENT---S-1250 I was inspired to create this sampler while doing research on antique samplers. I took the idea of using specialty stitches-- Hardanger, Blackwork and regular cross stitch--to create a sampler similar to antique school girl's samplers, and then to incorporate them with today's over-dyed threads, and silks to create a sampler. This 22 page booklet includes detailed instructions for the many speciality stitches used in the sampler, an alphabet for personalizing the sampler, 6 BONUS CHARTS and a myriad of BE CREATIVE! ideas.
