She was involved in preparation for WRC-07 in China and later took the responsibility of WRC preparation in China for WRC-12 and WRC-15 study circles. Ms.ZHU has been actively involved in ITU-R and APT activities. She participated ITU-R meetings, including CPM19-1, WRC-15 and other study group level meetings since 2003 as senior member of Chinese delegation. She acted as the head or alternative head of Chinese delegation for APT APG/AWG meetings since 2007. In the WRC-15 study circle, She was appointed as Chairman of Working Party 2 on Science Issues. She worked in a manner of constructive and cooperative, and was strongly committed to find solutions which benefit our region as a whole. As the Chairman of Working Party 2 of APG15, she 2

also actively participated ITU inter-regional workshops for WRC-15 preparations and presented Views of APT. During the WRC-15, Ms. ZHU actively promoted and supported PACPs on new Agenda Items on railway, ITS and 275GHz above band (referring to WRC-19 AI 1.11, 1.12 and 1.15) together with delegates from APT Members. At the CPM19-1 meeting, She was appointed as Rapporteur of Chapter 1: Land Mobile and Fixed Services with the strong support from APT Members. Ms. ZHU has also been working actively in APT Wireless group for more than 8 years. She served firstly as chairman of Sub-Working Group on Spectrum Arrangement and Harmonization and later was elected as Vice Chairman of AWG. She chaired important discussions on several spectrum harmonization work items and also the restructuring of AWG. She made great efforts to facilitate the cooperation between APG and AWG which provides APT Members to have more chances to discuss and share the information on technical studies related to WRC preparations. 3
