Wiring must be tightly locked when installing battery case, it is prohibited that connecting to opposite pole, short circuit connecting, any contact of either wiring terminal or exposed wire end within the same battery, which will bring out damage of battery and harm to human body. Please connect wire according to the wiring diagrams for each battery cabinet. Please check battery and wiring each year to avoid suddenness happening.
. Summarize. Installation procedure of battery cabinet B is easy, and there are four layers of batteries can be placed, eight 00Ah/V batteries can be layaside on each layer.. By adjusting relative distance between the two side beams, battery cabinet B can install different battery sizes. Installation B is a sectional battery cabinet, which can be taken apart and assembled directly. Several such kinds of battery cabinet can be combined together if required. Herein we give an example of installing a battery cabinet B with pieces of batteries 00Ah/V to illustrate the process of installation..all combined parts for B are shown as below. . Choose the installation site,drive expansion bolts M0 into the ground(the required exposal length of expansion bolts is less than 70mm), then fix battery cabinet on the ground firmly. Relative dimension of installation is shown as following: Unit: mm Expansion bolts M0 Ground Fig. expansion bolt installation dimension. Assemble the pedestal by expansion bolts as shown below. User can remove the cover of the wire outlet in the pedestal for wire installation. The cover of the wire outlet Fig. Pedestal installation. Install the stanchions to the pedestal. Use 6 pieces of bolts M8 0HMZn 6 pieces of flap gaskets Φ8 and 6 pieces of spring gaskets Φ8 to fix stanchions to the pedestal firmly. The sequence is as follows: Put the bolts through the spring gaskets and then through the flat gaskets. After that, put the bolts through the holes of the stanchions and fasten them to the nuts of the pedestal. 5
Fig. Stanchions installation 5. Install the crossbeams and the side beams. Choose and adjust the installation sites for the crossbeams according to the width of the batteries, use the bolts M6 PWMC to fasten the side beams on the crossbeams. Shown as below: Fig.5 Crossbeams and side beams installation 6. Install the top plate. Use pieces of bolts M8 0HMZn pieces of flat gaskets Φ8 and pieces of spring gaskets Φ8 to fasten the top plate on the stanchions. Mount seven batteries on bottom layer according to following figure, and then carry out wire 6

Mount the second, third and fourth layer of batteries as per the above methods, continue to install battery and perform wire connection according to the wiring diagram, connect wire along both sides; Mount eight batteries for second and third layers and six batteries for fourth layer, as following: 7

Use 6 pieces of bolts M 0PWMC to fasten the breaker plate on to the battery cabinet and perform wire connection according to the wire diagram as shown following. Use bolts M 0PWMC to fasten both of the front plates and the side plates on to the cabinet. This is the final stage of the installation for a battery cabinet. Shown as below: plate Side plate 8
Fig.0 and side plates installation. Combine the battery cabinets. Before combination, assemble not less than set of the battery cabinets according to the stage stage5 and stage 6 shown above. After that, use the bolts M8 0HMZn the flat gasketsφ8 and nuts M8 to fasten the stanchions border upon together. (Note: don t fasten the stanchions border upon on to both the pedestal and the top plate). Two battery cabinets combination is shown as below: There are holes on the side of stanchion Fig. Combine the battery cabinets installation. User don t need to install the side plates border upon. Two groups of batteries combine with each other by parallel connection in the cabinets. Then perform wire connection according to the wiring diagram. Shown as below:

Each wire is marked with wire number, please connect in strict accordance with the wire number and wiring diagram.. Wire connection must be secure. +/ pole shortcircuit is strictly forbidden, and +/ pole must not be wrongly connected; it's strictly prohibited to touch any two wiring terminals of any battery or the exposed end of connecting wire at the same time.
