LTE Conformance and Regulatory Certification Introduction PTCRB Organization PTCRB (PCS Type Certification Review Board) framework for GSM, UMTS and LTE UE certification services for North American operators. The PVG (PTCRB Validation Group) is a group of test laboratory organizations working in the field of PTCRB associated technologies.
