For more information visit stowengroup.com or email enquiries@stowengroup.com Let Stowen Electrical exceed your expectations. I and the rest of the senior management team at Stowen have over twenty years experience each in the energy sector, and throughout our careers we've been struck by the complexity of bringing even apparently simple projects to fruition. Hiring in skilled workers from different companies to work collaboratively on something as straightforward as asset integrity inspections is complex, never mind working on large scale projects with multiple vendors! We decided to build Stowen Group on a simple premise - offering complete, turnkey solutions to clients for any project or asset. Clients come to us with a problem and we build them a solution. Clients get a single point of contact with us whilst we manage vendors, budgets and project timescales. This model has been a huge success, and our rapid global expansion has allowed us to open more bases on more continents. As we end 2016 we are delighted to announce the opening of our new Corporate Headquarters in Houston, Texas. We also now serve Africa from our operational supply base in Lagos, and the Middle East from our hub in Sharjah. We continue to serve Europe from our European Operational HQ in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Q4 of 2016 has seen us launch the new Stowen Inspection and Integrity Division. The addition of this division on a global basis further strengthens the depth of service we offer to the O&G market. Offering a wide and diverse portfolio of services globally continues to present exciting opportunities for the Group. 2016 has seen new challenges to the energy markets - macro and micro-economic factors such as Brexit in the UK and the continued slump in global oil price might seem challenging operating environments. At Stowen we understand that the energy sector is deeply cyclical. We've been here before, and we'll be here again. The pressures we face are opportunities too - to challenge ourselves to look harder and deeper into new and emerging markets and sectors. Stowen's Clean Energy Division is booming, as offshore renewables continue to grow near our Norfolk base in the UK. Decommissioning in the Southern North Sea has also been a growing market for us, as operators prepare for their assets reaching end-of-life. The rebranded company's new and refurbished premises and intentional expansion ensure the leadership team remain positive for the short and long-term placement of the Group. I hope you enjoy this, the first of many editions of Stowen News and wish you a prosperous 2017. MATHEW OWEN PRESIDENT - CEO 3

At Stowen we continually create and search for new advancements and technologies in the inspection arena that can enable us to improve the efficiency of the integrity service Our in-house Technical team continually develop the advanced inspection methods and techniques. These advanced techniques enable us to ensure compliance while minimising the disruption to operations that is typically associated with integrity inspections. We focus on reducing or eliminating major strip down of components or personnel presence on the asset that typically result in significant down time for the asset. With a Global presence, certified and approved procedures and our state of the art online reporting system our services ensure overall integrity, risk, reliability and performance of your assets Whether you re an operator, owner in the up, mid or downstream sector, our skilled team are here to help and demonstrate the benefit that is Stowen Inspection and Integrity. Try Something New! Colin and the Technical team have been challenged with confined space thruster motor removals (Each weighing 15Te). Colin explains the challenges facing many vessel owners and operators with heavy equipment installed deep in the hull. More importantly Colin explains the solution and where Stowen can help. Stowen was approached by a major equipment supplier to undertake a removal of up to 8 thruster motors in the hull of a vessel in the Gulf of Mexico. Having had similar experiences with this, we were well placed to support the client right from the start. Mobilising 2 multi skilled technicians Stowen set about a detailed survey assessing the location of the motors, detailing lifting points (or lack of), electrical and mechanical disconnect and lay down areas for service. It was soon ascertained that additional lifting points would be required to enable the motor to be not only removed, but rotated through 90 degrees and set down to undergo mechanical maintenance. The key value point for the client in engaging Stowen was the ability for Stowen to undertake a true turnkey approach to the project. Following the survey, we entered the engineering and planning phase. Using the detailed survey notes, we were able to work with the vessel OEM in engineering structural reinforcement and lifting points to be installed. In tandem with this structural aspect, Stowen project team set about the detailing the rigging and lifting plan for removal, set down and reinstallation The advantages of an in-house multi-disciplined team where prevalent, working to extremely tight time lines, Stowen compiled a comprehensive engineering study and Construction work pack including: lift plans, electrical and mechanical disconnects and reinstatement, project plan, materials and equipment list and commissioning documentation. 8 For more information visit stowengroup.com or email enquiries@stowengroup.com 9

Dillon has great experience in the area of NDT Techniques with particular expertise and gravitas in advanced NDT techniques. Dillon s desire and enthusiasm for applying technical advancements to real world scenarios will further ensure the Inspection and Integrity team stay ahead of the curve. Welcome Dillon! In July this year Stowen was awarded upgrade and maintenance scopes for an international drilling contractor to be completed key side in the Port of Dundee. As part of the upgrade work scopes the existing shaker and mud recovery system were to be replaced with an entirely new shaker system. Due to client contractual obligation, Stowen were given just four weeks and a very tight budget in which to complete the replacement! A tall order but we were up to the challenge. The existing system consisted of 6 shale shakers, two scalper shakers, An H-VAC system and four centrifuges. The shaker house itself was split between three levels; main deck, mezzanine and upper level. This configuration made the destruct especially challenging with the equipment so tightly installed and on all levels. During the destruct phase we were also faced with conflicting project work scopes and lack of crane availability. The modification and installation phase was not without its challenges either! Luckily, the construction team was staffed with Stowen inhouse skilled engineers. Our Structural, Piping and Electrical service personnel (assisted by the client s deck crew for painting) were able to overcome all the obstacles to complete the installation and commissioning on time and within budget. The new replacement system is now a much cleaner design with 4 new Axiom AX-1 shale shakers on the mezzanine level, Screw Conveyor on the main deck and H-VAC system on the upper level. A very successful project executed by the team at Stowen! Axiom Process Ltd would like to thank Stowen for their Service and Support given during the recent AX-1 Shaker Installation. All parties worked well together to bring the project in ahead of schedule. We look forward to working with Stowen again in the near future. Ryan Ireland - Service Manager Axiom Process Ltd. Stowen Group exhibited at the Offshore Energy Exhibition and Conference in Amsterdam in October. A very busy and extremely beneficial 3-day event for both Clean Energy and Oil and Gas 10 Divisions. It proved a great event for networking and building new relations. ON THE STOWEN STAND AT OFFSHORE EUROPE BEFORE AFTER 11
