The KAL 350 permits the processing of workpieces (pre-)sized to a fixed angular unfinished dimension. The KFL 350 goes another step further: It combines edge banding and sizing. The WZ14 from HOMAG takes care of automatic workpiece infeed. Superlative engineering All machines of the K 350 series are equipped with roller block link chain. This progressive technology ensures that all workpieces are transported with pinpoint precision and processed with extreme dimensional and repeat accuracy. The improved chip and waste piece disposal in the sizing section enhances machine availability and service life. Experience derived from flooring production has proven that the HOMAG block link chain is far less susceptible to wear than block link chain types with semi-circular rod. Pole position in workpiece feed HOMAG looks back on thirty years of experience using block link chains for workpiece transport in a wide range of different processing machines. Compact double hogger KD11 For hogging workpiece sizing in longitudinal and transverse operation with three high-performance motors. Two hogging tools with a diameter of up to 250 mm can be mounted. Automation to suit every need Automatic height adjustment Program controlled automatic overhang adjustment Jointing trimming This unit permits a high level of processing precision, is extremely hardwearing and is also designed to ensure an above-average service life. The tool diameter is 125 mm. Noisereduced tools are mounted as standard. Used in conjunction with compact double hogger KD11, optimum surface quality is achieved for edge banding with PU or lasertec.
